Was waiting for a half hour all together listening to the cashier have a conversation with a employee as I am waiting to pay and 25 minutes for a sandwich just terrible unfortunately I don’t know how this company stays in business charging so much for their food. Here is a picture what $12 dollars buys you here

I've been here a few times now, and I like their food and coffee. The atmosphere is conducive to business meets and friendly coffee meet and greet. One of the things I did notice is that if you order a specialty coffee, it takes a longer wait than when they have to make a sandwich, and I thought it would be the other way around. Hopefully, this will improve. I applaud the cashier who helped me this morning (4/1/2025). She (I apologize I missed her name so I can properly give her credit) kindly asked for my number and lo and behold she told me I have a free pastry! It totally made my day. All in all, I enjoyed the ambiance, and the food was great.
FYI. If you like going to Panera bread, check out their Unlimited Sip Club beverage subscription.
If this was helpful, hit the 👍❤️ or follow me for more reviews. Bon Apetit!

The Panera experience is fine with ordering at a kiosk. After the order is placed and needing cups for our drinks no one was at the cash register until I reached for two cups. I was met by a rude employee named Julian. He had an attitude when stopping my hand grabbing two cups that I had already paid for. He then handed me the cups with a snarky comment about reaching over the counter. The kiosk tells you to grab your drinks and wait for your order.

The staff at the location were friendly and informative. The location was not overly busy during the lunch hour. We were able to sit and talk while waiting for our food and stay a little longer after eating to finish our conversation. I tried the new bacon, chicken and ranch sandwich. It was tasty. However, it definitely didn’t look like the photo on the menu. Fountain drinks are Pepsi brand. Sweet tea is apparently DIY.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Panera Bread in Lutz. The customer service from Victoria was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping resolve my concerns. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, she made the entire visit uncomfortable. Panera is usually known for good service, but this location really fell short. I hope management addresses this issue, because customer service like this drives people away.
