I came in to get an ice cream and expected to just grab and go. They offered to write Happy Birthday “persons name” which I did not expect and was a nice wow moment for me. I was impressed with the offer and impressed with the writing Made my day and the person who’s bday it was. Thanks.

Still waiting on our ice cream order. We ordered 1 small blizzard, 2 medium hot fudge sundaes, and 1 medium cone. It has been 35 minutes. At 23 minutes, which was still to long, we went up to the cash register to ask, and they told us they had an issue, but it would be right out. Thirty-five minutes to get ice cream, no apology when they brought the ice cream, no discount, no bounce-back coupon. It’s a shame the employees don’t know any better. This place could be great.

Entered around 6:20pm. Standing at the counter for about 15mins No acknowledgment by any employee, and we left. Just a "we will be right with you" would have been nice.

Went through the drive-through, and ordered two dipped cones. One came out a melted, but still edible. The second cone came out and the ice cream was so melted. It was literally liquid pouring down the sides. I told the young man at the window, and his response was “ It’s ice cream, it’s supposed to be liquid”. I told him he was incorrect, and that I would like it remade. He refused, so I left. I will not be back here, and it worries me that they have employees lacking that level of critical thinking.

They took away my chocolate covered cherry blizzard. That was the reason I stopped by. The substitute was not even close so I had onion rings. They were great as always.
