Jeno is making this BK the best in the area. The picture shows how he presents the food when he brings the tray to the table for you. I stopped coming here because a previous manager was rude and short with customers. Gave this BK a second chance, met Jeno, and now come 1X per week with the family. Best of all, Jeno didn't ask me to post this review.

Out of Fiery chicken fries and fiery mozzerella sticks, ya know the thing they're actively advertising and using as bait to bring people in. So they replaced them with some cold floppy old regular chicken fries.....yum.....
Asked specifically for fresh french fries. Was given attitude and told "these were just dumped from the fryer" lol they were laughably old, I'm annoyed I didn't try one right then and there and dish the attitude right back. Lol like why lie? Just weird.
Oh and out of ranch, which happens often at this location. Whoever does your ordering needs some help.
Every few months I crave BK and make the mistake of believing it'll be better this time, but this location sucks and they need to know it.

I'm not one to complain but waiting 14 min in the drive thru is a bit excessive. So I politely asked "why is it taking longer then usual?" Mgr on duty said they only scheduled 3 people today. AT LUNCH TIME ON SUNDAY! Come on BK you're #3. You gotta be better

Service is so bad on this location. We order regular coke and coke zero and give us lemonade and not sure if the other one is regular coke or cole zero. Then they want me to try the drink to check if it’s regular coke or not instead of just giving me a new sets of soft drinks.
Ask them how i can get my points and told me to suppose to give it beforehand and said also they won’t ask you about it! You should just tell them you have a code👎👎👎

Went to get breakfast store manager states the egg machine is broken … ok no problem will I be able to get my breakfast discounted because you have no eggs … no we can’t discount it hmmm so everyone that wants to buy breakfast is paying for egg and not getting it doesn’t seem fair but did let them know I will be calling corporate and leaving a review I mean at least 10 percent off or something if I were to leave you wouldn’t get the 10 dollars you charge for a breakfast combo anyway but hey I’m not the one running the store cashier was great store manager was no help
