Absolutely non-existent customer service. I placed an order on the app and left after waiting for it for over 30 minutes. There was 5–10 other customers waiting in the lobby with the same issue. I had to holler for an employee to come help us 3 times before we got any service at the counter other to be laughed at and basically told we were SOL by the lovely employee, Salim. After 30+ minutes I was told there was nothing he could do so I left without the food I paid for or a refund. His response was to “just go complain to corporate”. I live 3 minutes down the road and will purposely drive to a further Taco Bell from now on.

Stooped to grab a quick breakfast burrito since I'm working. Employees cars outside, all lights were on and could see movement. Says drive through opens at 7am and dine in opens at 8am. It's currently 8:12am and no one answered the drive through and all doors were locked. They completely ignored me.

Complaining is NOT going to make my food appear or taste any better. The larger fellow refused to give me all of my order, stating it was in the back. After checking again in front of him I said “NO, it is not” the man hollered at a lady in the back stating they won’t leave. The lady got snappy and said “can I helps chew” while snapping her fingers back at me. I told the lady what my problem was, she refused to rectify after stating numerous times I did not get my food item.
She and the man refused to give me what I paid for. Ultimately, I told them I would leave a review. Since I felt like I was robbed and the food would not be safe to consume after we argued back and forth…..

Taco Bell corporate needs to investigate. I will be calling on Monday…. I was refused the food I paid for.

Exceptional service, I didn’t notice anyone wearing a badge. The lady at the counter who took our order had a beautiful accent. She was very helpful, courteous, and patient. We ordered 2 of the burrito supremes and nacho fries. The burritos and fries were sooo delicious!!!
The restaurant dining area was very clean. Prices for the items we ordered were very reasonable. There are some parking spaces designated for handicapped only.

I came here during the last hurricane. It was quite literally raining sideways when I went thru the drive through I couldn't believe they were open to be honest. After screaming my order over the sound of rain I pulled up to a black gentleman who looked like he was having a hard and wet shift. It was almost funny he tried to hand me the receipt and it flew away the second it came out the window at the speed of light. These guys who worked deserve a little bonus or something because that's pretty crazy to put profits over employees safety. What has this world come to.
