I went through the drive-thru,like I typically do and not only did I see my total(1-steak burrito, 2 soft taco supremes, 1 drink) go from 13.88 to 19 something right before I drive away to the window. I think it odd, but it's getting late, and I do think much of it until I start back to my hotel I notice I only got 1 soft taco😡 so I paid 20 bucks for a burrito, a soft taco, and a drink, I won't be returning to this location💯 and TB and steak and shake are the last 2 fast food I even eat any.ore

I wish I could give a 0 star rating but I can’t, so 1 star will suffice. Valentina A was so rude to me and my friend. Your speakers aren’t loud enough apparently so when I asked for her to repeat herself she gave me attitude like if it’s my fault she sounds like a mouse. Then she didn’t even say hi or nothing, no customer service at all. I understand this fast food but you can at least give me a hi.

I shouldn’t have to do this, especially since I LOVE taco bell. But my experience wasn’t great at this one. I ordered through the drivethru, and the employee working the window was on his phone instead of paying attention. He handed me my food but completely forgot my drink and left before I could say anything. I waited for several minutes, and he never came back until I honked my horn. When he came back, my drink had been sitting on the counter the entire time. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable. Employees should not be using their phones while working, it directly affects the quality of service and does not satisfy customers.

Should be all zeros. Put your phone down sir! It's not a customer's concern that you haven't spoken to your Uncle in months. Not appropriate to do so while working. Employees openly discussing how they don't care because they're hardly paid. How many times are you going to pull our food out of the bag and then throw it back into the bag Sir? Can you pay attention to the order?Again, hang up your phone! To the lovely female employee who stated, "not our problem", when asked how am I supposed to eat beans and rice with a knife. Your pay should match your professionalism -$0.00. Let me say this again, and again, not a customers concern on how little your paid, you 2 are actually overpaid at this point. Here's an idea, find a job your actually qualified for. (Good luck with that!) Food was trashed by the number of times it was packed, unpacked and re-packed again and again because gentleman on phone couldn't be bothered while he was on his phone call. Daughter's soft Taco was soaking wet (afraid to even try to guess why). All the food was half thrown together. Was a dine in, but husband was so livid by the time we finally got our trash bag of food, we left. It's a shame how many people need jobs and these employees don't deserve one. Yes, this was reported to Corporate office too.

Absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Two times in a row, the drive thru said they were "closed temporarily", although this time I placed a mobile order ahead of time (Why the hell are you closed early so often?). When I said I had a mobile order, he took my name and I moved forward. I got my order after a short wait, but every single item I had was incorrect/terrible. The nachos w/ cheese and nacho fries had almost zero cheese in the containers. Literally a 1/3 inch deep on the little tiny container. The nacho fries themselves were cold and had been out for probably hours. The aqua refresca was highly watered down. The cheesy gordita crunch was near-burned and had the incorrect meat. The baja blast I ordered was diet instead of regular, and when I questioned why I was given diet the employee said "that's all we have". Why not ASK me instead of blindly give me a random COMPLETELY DIFFERENT drink?
This is the worst experience I've had at a taco bell. stay far away, and visit the one on FL-54 a couple miles away. Fix this, management team. I want my money back.
