A good place to pick up good food.
This is one of the over 3750 restaurants in the chain that is headquartered in Newport Beach, Ca. I have been to many of their locations in many different states. This one is located off the north side of US 54 just west of the Suncoast Parkway. There is not a lof of parking in front of the location. This was our first visit to this location but it is very similar in style, quality, and service to their other restaurants in that you order at one side of a line and follow your meal through the line to completion adding items that you want as you move down the line. They serve bowls and burritos with beans, rice, and meats. Their ingredients are fresh and I have always gotten a good meal. Normally I order and eat there but not this time. This time we actually ordered a large (5 boxes) of food for a party. The price was reasonable and it was prepared fresh. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and paying and picking up was very easy. The staff actually helped carry and put the food into the car. The food was very good and still hot and cold when we got it to our destination. The only downside was that this seems a popular hangout for teenagers when I visited for the pickup and they were not a quiet group. I would recommend this location to my fellow travelers looking for a good meal in the area.

I've been coming to this Chipotle for about a year now. And today / I could tell management or something must be different. The team here is a lot more professional and orderly. They did a great job with their customer service and the speed of getting the food together. And overall the restaurant was a lot more clean and tidy. Whoever's in charge now. Definitely helped things turn around bringing it back to where it should be. I love Chipotle so much. Been eating at them for quite a few years now and it's my number one for fast food!

Chipotle keeps getting worse. Ordered a quesadilla and it had a sprinkling of cheese. Ordered double meat and it was barely enough to be considered a regular serving. Are they trying to balance their books by skimping on serving amount?

Ordered through the app to pickup in the chipotlane. First of all, the woman giving me my food didn’t say hello or you’re welcome, not one word, just looked at me with a dirty face and handed me my food. I open my bowl…did someone eat some of it? I know I only get three things but every other location makes sure i get even portions. So disappointed.

Went with my one year old during a promotion. Promotion was 3-4, I got in line at 3:15 out the front door. Got to order at 4:04 and told the promotion had ended after getting my food made and almost
Checked out. They didn’t announce it or say anything about it, the 3 groups behind me
And many more also got mislead into thinking they would get the promotion until after placing their order.
