When we arrived close to 8 PM, we were informed that we needed to use the kiosk to place our orders due to staffing issues. I can understand that many businesses are facing challenges in this area, but it certainly took away from the typical fast-food experience we were accustomed to. While my kids are tech-savvy and adept at using the kiosk and app, I personally prefer the experience of ordering directly from a staff member.
As I was finalizing our order, I witnessed another customer getting increasingly frustrated with her inability to get assistance at the kiosk. Despite her multiple requests for help, no one seemed to respond, and she ultimately left, exclaiming, “You just lost a customer to Chili's!” This incident really shed light on the lack of customer service during our visit.
On a positive note, the food we received was fresh and came out without any mistakes, which is always a plus at a fast-food joint. My kids enjoyed their meals, which made the experience a bit better for me. I had the double decker fish sandwich for the first time and it was good! However, the overall atmosphere felt lacking, primarily due to the absence of staff interaction. It’s a shame that something as simple as placing an order turned into a bit of a hassle.

Second time getting order wrong in a row. Did not give drink for meal. Bag was so soggy from the grease when I got home it fell through. Needs new staff under management. Great cook tho

This McDonald’s is by far the worst McDonald’s I ever been too. the last 4 months we have waited 30+ minutes for food. It’s honestly ridiculous. Then when we pull in a spot to wait they bring us the WRONG order. I don’t recommend coming here. By far the worst customer service . They have attitudes. The only nice person was the lady that took our order. Do yourself a favor and do not comes here.

We had the pleasure of being served by Elaina. We had a problem with our order that was placed but did not appear in the system. She was very polite and efficient in resolving this problem, she was patient with our complaints and apologized for the inconvenience. We left there very happy and satisfied with her excellent service. Thank you Elaina, you are the best!😃💕
