Location is clean, staff is well trained. My complaint is in portion control. I am pretty habitual with my meals. I order the same protein bowl from subway, over and over again. Portion control needs just a wee bit of attention.

Go to another subway! 2 weeks ago, I called to cancel my order (if it hadn't already been made). My phone was cutting in and out, and the manager was very rude. I said I'd pay for the sandwich and just cancel the drink. Again, rude and basically hung up on me. I've done that ONCE! My husband paid online and showed up tonight, and they said that his name was on a board and they aren't allowed to serve him because "his wife cancels all the time." So wrong! We've ordered a few times a month for years, but we will happily find another location.

Food is good as usual but the owner here is not friendly at all. I feel like I’m causing an inconvenience for him. I went in there tonight and he just looked at me. No hello or what can I get you. I hope it’s not his normal day personality or this store will not make it. Maybe there’s a story behind his misery but I’ve been here probably ten times and always the same.
Store is always clean and food is good. Other than that, I try to stay away unless my wife makes me go there to get her a sub.

I order online for pickup and I get to the store and they say no lettuce... How can you stay open? Btw this is in a strip mall with a grocery store. Pretty sure they can buy some lettuce there.
So I tell them to cancel my order... But there is no clear way for me to get my money back. And even more sinister to protect themselves from people ordering online and not picking it up and paying. The app makes you pay up front.
No I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I have to waste my time complaining about Subway. No one will read this anyway.

Very few employees are happy to work here. Ownership needs serious improvement in caring about customers; unfortunately they only care about the money and not the customers.
