Every single time we go to this Burger King they screw up the order - this time the burgers were all burned. Might as well put beef jerky in the sandwich - terrible burgers

As I ordered my family whopper and a double bacon cheese burger with an extra burger patty added, we were expecting an easy pick up. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The whopper with onion rings added to it was missing mayonnaise and the double bacon cheeseburger was missing the extra patty that I paid for. Unfortunately, pick up took 26 minutes and resulted in subpar food. I’m quite surprised and disappointed in the lack on accuracy as the receipt I received at time of purchase and taped to the bag both state “add whopper junior patty.”

If you want a burnt whopper, cold fries, missing items, and terrible management you have come to the right place. Don't bother calling because they will not answer the phone. The assistant manager was rude and no help and her only advice was not to come back. Don't worry never will!

My family would stop here on the way home after evening little league games but we just can't take the terrible service any more. Numerous times our order has been incorrect and one specific worker who seems to be the night shift worker always has an attitude like we are the inconvenience! Finally I had enough and asked for her name to speak with someone about her rude service and she refused to offer her name. The next day at 1130 am and nobody answers the phone. I know it's fast food and I understand if people make a mistake but there's no need to be rude.

Food was fine however the cashier couldn’t put her phone down. My total was $8.01 and I handed her $10.01. After her drawer opened she sat there texting for a minute before counting and handing me the wrong change of $1.09. I pointed out that I should have received $2 back in change while handing her back the $.09. She never gave me the second dollar I was owed and still had her phone in her hands. Instead of arguing I just moved on to the next window with disappointment. Completely not paying attention. She also did not give me a receipt for me to take the survey online.
