Hey guys, are you planning to start washing the utensils properly any time soon?
If not, please just switch to disposable ones. It’s seriously gross and really takes away from the experience.
The food itself isn’t bad, but the dirty silverware is a huge turn-off.

Food was good. Restaurant is not clean as you expect a Panera. No unsweet iced tea and drinks station needed cleaning. No one cleaning tables. Employees appeared overwhelmed.

My review is specifically about the Catering Team at the Mitchell Plaza store:
They are awesome! Rae and her team did a fantastic job getting my 2 orders together including 1 on very short notice. I am truly appreciative of their commitment to customer service and because of that, I will not hesitate to place future catering orders at this location.

I felt bad because it was kinda late and the store was clearly closing up but a employee named randy was amazing. He was willing to brew up some hot coffee for me even thuogh he was in the middle of getting other parts of the store cleaned up. The staff here are outstanding and provide excellent service. I will definitely go out of my way in the future to enjoy the wonderful staff here.

I visited this Panera to order two everything bagels with just cheese and bacon. However, the front desk lady informed me that I couldn’t do that. She walked away and returned with another person. That person explained how to place the order. The lady responded, “Oh, this is not something we do.” I insisted that I had voted for this option before, but she rudely and sarcastically said, “Not here.” I reiterated that I had ordered it at every other Panera in the district before. I then informed her that I wanted a cappuccino, but she didn’t even ask if I wanted it hot or cold. She assumed I wanted it hot, even though it was 97 degrees outside. To top it off, she didn’t even say thank you when I paid.
