The place seems clean. That's about the only positive thing. The quality and service of this place seems to be declining more and more. You will wait forever for your food and if you go through the drive thru you will park and have to wait and not even receive the correct items. God forbid you question the owner/manager about a missing item. He won't even apologize and will act like your lying. The food you do receive will not match the menu and will taste like garbage. If it were up to me I would stop going but unfortunately my kids love it. Even there blizzards aren't good anymore. Oh and if you want extra dressing that's an extra .30. Absolutely ridiculous. How this place still open I have no idea. I will attach a screenshot of the salad I ordered and what I actually received. It consist of one chicken strip, no bacon, and barely any cheese and your only allowed one dressing. Going to try and convince my daughters to go elsewhere as I really don't want to waste my money here anymore. Sorry but this place is an absolute joke.

Hate the pull around shuffle of customers. At 5 p.m., I shouldn't need to pull around for a burger. And when I asked for the misty blended with ice cream, I didn't know the name, and I was told sure and to pull around. When the person serving me handed me a plain misty and argued with me, that was what I ordered. I explained what I ordered and was told more aggressively that is what I ordered. I took it and pulled around. I was then so upset I left without waiting for my hamburger. I dumped out the misty.

Your sauce policy is ridiculous. I was charged for 4 extra ranch. Extra $2? Cool. Don’t care about that. You insisted that there would be ranch in the baskets with the tenders. Got home and no ranch in the baskets. Just the 4 ranch I paid for. I wanted 6. It was almost as if this was done on purpose after we had a discussion about how many ranch I wanted. I was never rude about paying for extra. The lady taking my order was snotty and rude.

I ordered a sundae blizzard with no chocolate and extra fruits. I got charged for each extra fruit, almost $3. I am aware of the extra charges since I have been ordering this for years. I have always enjoyed it. I got my blizzard with extra fruit, and there were 2 strawberries, one banana piece, and a couple of pineapple nuggets. There was no extra. I went up to the counter with the receipt to show them that there really is no fruit in my blizzard, let alone extra fruit. She said that she put extra fruit in it, but it must have broken up when blended. So I asked her "so you aren't going to do anything" like adding fruit. And she said I did. That was it. Done. I am not the kind of customer to cause a scene. I just throw the blizzard away without eating it. All I wanted was the extra fruit. That's all.

The service is friendly, the food is great and cooked fresh to order, the music helps create some Americana '50s vibe and the prices are wonderful in a world of inflation-madness. This is one of the best Dairy Queens I've seen across multiple states I've travelled in.
