So I was recently turned on to their soft pretzel with cheese sauce. These are so delicious. I have now gone a few different times to get them and they are always hot and so soft and cooked too perfection. Better then Auntie Ann's in my opinion. It just melts in your mouth. I can't get enough and will be going back for more.

I love Sonic but this location is not the best as far as food goes. I've always had friendly service so that's not a problem, but I have tried to get a bacon cheeseburger twice now and the first time, I ordered a single Sonic cheeseburger with added bacon at an extra cost. I got home to find the bacon was missing. This time, I decided to order the double supersonic bacon cheeseburger so there was no special order instructions. I got home and my burger had only two ttiny pieces of bacon (approximately 1 in long) on it. It just isn't worth the cost. I do love a cherry limeade, but they never squeeze the lime. The fresh fruit is supposed to be squeezed, but it never is at this location. When I visit, I will most likely stick to the smaller priced snack items from now on.

I met Joshua while picking up coupons for the private school my children attend, and he completely blew me away with his kindness. Not only did he donate coupons, but two days later he donated our staff with an entire breakfast. One of our teachers wasn’t able to eat the items provided, and Joshua went out of his way to personally make sure she had something she could enjoy too. That level of thoughtfulness is so rare. He was incredibly sweet, and I’m truly so grateful I had the chance to meet him. People like him make such a difference. 💜

Jaleah was super awesome! Great spirits and humor, honestly going to come back just to interact with her some more it’s not often you get high spirited people in a fast food joint. Food was good, we held a car meet there today and it was super smooth. Thank you guys (car pictured was the one I took tonight)

Pulled up to the sonics on Ridge Road about 3:45 PM went to one of the stalls hit the red Button to order and sat there for about 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody ever came to take my order. I got out of the car and I hit the red button on the stall next to me on my right and left thinking hey maybe the button is broken. But nobody ever answered those buttons either. As I was pulling out of the parking lot since nobody ever came to get my order, I called them to tell them I was going to leave them a review for the atrocious customer service. They answered on the first ring, but I sat in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone ever acknowledging me or taking my order. I’m completely done with sonics from this point on.
