I ordered inside and asked for a chicken bowl. They were out of brown rice so I settled for white. Then the same person that I told I wanted a chicken bowl asked me what kind of protein I wanted. They were out of grilled veggies and I asked how long it would be. I was told in exact words "I have no clue". My bowl was topped off and the cashier was told it was a chicken bowl, but the cashier had an ear pod in her ear and I had to wait for her to finish texting to be rung up. Then the cashier asked me what kind of bowl I had since she wasn't listening. I could have gotten a steak bowl and told her chicken. The food was excellent and saved this from being a 1-star.

After waiting 20 minutes for an order I ordered, and watching at Least 25 people come through, I watched a gentleman take off with an order.. came back in and returned a bag that was all tore up… it was my food that a stranger just rummaged through… I asked the lady if she just gave me the food that a stranger just opened… she got an attitude and explained that she just got to work… doesn’t mean I want food from a stranger that opened up my tacos and the burrito bowl and found out it wasn’t his!! Not sure if I’ll go back!! That’s discussing and terrible customer service ! To top it off, the foods cold!

Honestly the lack of customer service, pride in the food they are putting out, and professionalism is astounding. We ordered two bowls and 3 bags of chips on Uber Eats. Both bowls show up with no rice, no vegetables, and none of our chips. I called the restaurant to see if this was a mistake and was told that no, they were just out of rice and chips when our order was placed. So then don’t send out the order until you make more rice and chips? Then we’re told that our Uber Eats driver did not speak English and was rushing them to get the order, so they sent it out knowing it was incomplete. Like what? Just let him cancel the order then and a new driver will come! They also tried to say our Uber Eats driver waited “over 35 minutes for the order”, but we placed our order at 6:55PM and it was sitting at our front door by 7:11PM. We live 7 minutes away from this location.

I tried to contact the store to let them know I didn’t get my chips and guacamole. Had to go through an app. So annoying. Then I opened my food I found a hair in my food. Because I contacted them before about my chips and guacamole missing the app won’t even address the hair in my food that I paid $15 !!!! So very disappointing

Ordered through Uber eats. My receipt clearly states fajita veggies in my salad bowl but they were missing. Very skimpy portions. When I’m there personally, the portions are much bigger. Ordered three bags of chips and each one was a different size. It was like a little red riding hood there was one large, one medium, one small all within the same size bag just the number of chips were different. Also, many of the chips were gummy and soggy like they were stale. And others were incredibly over salty for some unknown reason. So as I eat down into the bowl, some of the chicken is tasty and moist and some of it is rockhard and dry. How is that possible? The salsa is so skimpy it makes the whole burrito bowl dry. What does salsa cost for a spoonful of salsa…20 cents? Otherwise, tasty. But unfortunately because of this, I’m only giving three stars. Uber eats delivery was great.
