I have never been to a place that gives you a half old macaroni and cheese half new macaroni and cheese the chicken is so greasy not cooked all the way and so fatty so disgusting that you can't even eat it what a waste of $20 I do not recommend going to this place at all the restaurant is falling apart itself this place needs to be shut down

The nastiest KFC I've seen. There are missing ceiling squares that drip water. you can smell mold. The floors look like they've never been mopped. There was trash everywhere on the floor and employees just stepping over/on it. And to top it all off they never have things like, biscuits, chicken strips/nuggets, famous bowls, etc......do not eat here

Chicken was old. I Took it up took the counter and was told it just came out of the fryer. So I picked it up with my fingers and squeezed it saying "it's not even hot" She just turned and walked away... There's a employee who plays music so loud we couldn't hear each other talk when he walked through the dinning area. The Colonel would be very disappointed. There's a reason this parking lot is empty. Drive a little farther and find another KFC...

Placed first time online order and proceeded to drive thru for pickup. I was told mobile orders must be picked up inside. Went inside and waited in line. My app then told me my order was ready for pickup. I was then told some confusing information about different types of chicken available, none of which related to my order? The attendant then asked another about substitutes who them told her no substitutions, I'm not doing that. Eventually I found out they never had my order ready, but ran out of all dark meat chicken. They had wings, breasts, etc, but they would not offer any substitutions and I would have to wait 20 minutes. During all of this time people using the drive thru were getting what fresh chicken they had until after waiting and being the last person was told we're out, you'll have to Wait 20 minutes. When though my online order told me it would be ready by the time I arrived and when inside it told me my order was ready. I wasted 30 minutes in total before I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I would never had placed the order if I knew this would be the outcome. It was between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. Did they not understand people would be ordering for dinner time? Poor management of food preparation, poor customer and deficient mobile app.

I ordered my food they did make it fresh because I was getting all dark all crispy and it was late the problem was when I got home I didn't get my biscuits!!! So I called them to tell them this and the manager on duty accused me of lying and trying to get free food I was extremely upset about this I have not called discuss this with another manager yet I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet but I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional I was not trying to get free food they forgot my biscuits!!!!
