It’s sad and sickening that a store manager would be so nasty in serving uncooked onion rings and argue that she put in two small fries when there was one. Very unprofessional and to see through the window how she handle the food and was throwing things, but to serve uncook food and miss food items very disappointed. And at that a Manager with bad attitude! SMH disappointing and sad. $25.65 for nothing… Burger King need to retrain their employees to hospitality and good customer service!

Very friendly staff and worry about their customers. Was pleasant to have been treated with kindness. Great job, guys and girls 1000 star rating from me. My compliments to the managers and the owner of the store. Keep hiring staff like the ones you have. It makes this world a totally different place and makes you feel appreciated. God bless you.

Lady at the drive thru was nice but the crispy chicken wrap was pretty sad. $3 isn’t a lot of money but it’s just sad on burger kings part to give a small portion. At least the cheese sticks were good.

I don't live in this area and simply stopped in to get food and use the restroom today. I was beyond shocked at the manager's behavior and will be contacting their corporate office. She was condescending, rude, and yelled at another customer without cause. When my husband and I told her she was wrong, she became even worse, yelling, threatening to kick us out, and even used f-word. We remained calm and professional to avoid escalating the situation, but couldn't believe what we were witnessing. On a plus, the restroom was clean and the food was hot.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager on duty has no people skills and is blatantly very disrespectful. I feel bad for her employees if that’s how she treats them as well as the customers. She had no problem raising her voice openly in front of the whole store to tell me that it’s my fault I got the wrong food item in my bag. Will never be coming back to this location.
