The girl working at 5pm on 11/11/2025 is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know her job or basic customer service skills. They left my TOASTED sandwich very cold. They said they had no ice and we had to walk over to the other ice machine. Then proceeded to tell her coworker “I’m tired of people asking about ice” you need to hire caring people YOU WORK IN A HOSPITAL.

As i was waiting to order it appeared to me that one of the employees was stomping on something on the floor, i didn't think anything of it until while i was ordering i saw a massive roach crawling up the wall of the subway. I was scared to even eat my sandwich.

I love this place an MS. Brenda an MS. Erica are the best a.big asset to subway. Give them a raise they can really make the customers feel great an damn they can make some great sandwiches.

This Subway is located in a hospital cafeteria. The sign says it's open from 9AM to 9PM. Since Christmas, I have been there 3 times. All 3 times, the place didn't open until 10:30AM. There was a young man and young woman working there, and when they waited on you, they made it feel like they were doing you a big favor. The sandwiches were average, although the woman made a better sandwich. If Subway is going to have stores in hospitals, they need to understand that there are people who are worried and stressed out, and train their employees to be more empathetic, or at least a little friendlier. Also, don't list the opening time as 9 if you're not going to open until after 10.

Horrible. Placed an online order, received a response that it would be ready for pickup at 3:05 pm, went to pick up by 3:15 pm and they were closed with serval employees on the inside eating what appeared to be my sandwich. After several knocks noone answered and still haven't received any refund. Turned me completely off from the entire establishment. Jersey Mike's better anyway.
