I rarely give five stars but this spot deserves it! I've lived in the area for ten years and never tried this place because they were too crowded. But there was a reason for that! The food was fantastic and the service even better. All the patrons were super friendly as well. I had the Philly cheesesteak and husband had the blackened fish. The potato salad was fresh and homemade. The best part of the meal was their fried green beans. It's a dive atmosphere but a place you want to be. Will definitely go back.

Finally got here, we've been wanting to try Skinnys, but it is normally too crowded. Finally, the snowbirds are gone, and we stopped for an early dinner. The service was great, friendly, and helpful staff, and the food was awesome. It's definitely a blue-collar crowd, which is the best kinda crowd for me. We'll be sure to frequently eat here while it's less crowded.

Lived here for about 3 years so decided to finally try this place out. It's all open air seating so you're at the mercy of the weather and elements, which is fine It's the vibe.
I saw the Gator tail Po-Boy and wanted to try that, it's pretty much a southern staple if you find it. Gator tail was well fried, tender and crispy, and a lot of it, I had to eat half the sandwich with a knife and a fork. Fries were good too, nice and crispy and not over salted.
Will go back again, maybe do take out unless it's a cooler day.
Went back again to try the wings, today was extra hot, over 95 degrees so I thought why not. Service was okay considering they were packed to the hilt and the staff seemed like they were really busy. Took about 30 minutes for the order on a Tuesday night for their chicken wing special for $7.50, wings are really nice sized, sauce was good (garlic hot) celery was fresh and had 4 good sized sticks, blue cheese was also decent.
Again the weather isn't their fault, but being even inside after 6:00 p.m with all their fans going you're still gonna break out in a small sweat.

This is a HomeTown favorite in Hudson New Port Richey area...some of the best food around I absolutely love their chicken wings breaded and naked...
their drinks are on point their appetizers are on point one of the best places to eat.. an amazing atmosphere fun and inviting...a beautiful establishment very clean..and a super helpful staff.
my son and I enjoyed playing pool and playing darts plenty of bar games TVs and atmosphere.. I can totally see why every time I pass this restaurant it's completely filled with people..
you're not any place unless you're at Skinny's Bar and Grill..I will certainly be back and what a great atmosphere.
Thanks

My wife and I love going here for lunch during the week. Its gets pretty busy on nights and weekends. Seafood is great. Mathew is an awesome server/bartender!
