I went through the drive through about 12:45 PM. The dining room was closed, oh well. So I waited in line. I orded two kids meals and changed my side to fries and my apple juice to a soda and water cup. They said all that would be extra. I had no idea how much but, no problem I’ll check the receipt. We also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. I asked for my reciept and was told “they aren’t giving out receipts today” okay, that sticks. My order was $28 and some change. We ate in the car. My husbands sandwitch was not spicy. We were missing a set of fries. My toddlers boneless wings were spicy and one of her pieces she didn’t finish looked possibly undercooked. I have no clue if there rest of her chicken was okay, she’s just a kid it’s not like she payed attention. We also were only given one straw. We didn’t order anything that needed utensils, but we got those! I wanted to settled this privately with customer service online, but there is no email and could only talk to a bot that you can not be specific with, plus I was not given a receipt to upload! We have not gone here lately because it keeps getting worse. This will be last time I go to this location.

I was so excited to try the fish sandwich for the first time, and to make the 30-minute drive to get the three-piece spicy chicken for $5 deal. When I got there they gave me a hassle about my order wasn't showing up as paid for and their system so I had to wait and show them that I had paid for it, and then I was asked to pull forward and wait so I assumed it was to make fresh food, so wrong. The fish sandwich was not fresh because I took it out immediately and took a bite out of excitement, it was so thin you could not taste any fish, and the tartar sauce had so much horseradish in it was just a bun with some sauce and crust between it. Then I took out a chicken wing, even though it's a three-piece dark meat which wings are not dark meat, but still I love chicken wings so I thought a bonus was about to happen, so wrong again! It was so dried up and had been sitting there clearly for hours bare minimum, I do not know what I waited in the Drive-Thru for so long, because there were no other customers behind me or in the store, and nothing was hot and fresh that I received. By far my very absolute worst experience with a Popeye's restaurant or any chicken restaurant in the United States and that says a lot! Make sure to look at the pictures because they do not lie either!

Our cat Dutchess loves the inside chicken from the chicken wings. This company uses beef tallow oil that makes it taste really good. We order the spicy wings from Popeyes for this cat and she loves the chicken inside of the wings and we do too.

I’ve had some really great Popeyes experiences, but this one was definitely not my best. The food was delicious, but it took way too long to get my order. After 45-60 minutes, I finally got it, and it was missing something important. I think they could really use more help to keep up with the demand. The staff that was there was really great, though.
