This store is in need of some serious management. The staff there simply does not care! They are just trying to get through their shift as quick as possible doing as little work as possible. Everything I come to this location, the food is never made right, orders always wrong, the drive thru time is a joke and their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I used 750 of my points to place an order today through the app and the girl came to the window and said "we don't have the stuff to make your order"...before I could ask anything, she slammed the window shut. I waited and she never came back. Disgraceful. I wouldn't waste my money here again.

Went there twice this week. Ordered one item and was charged for the person in front of me since he didn't stop at the first window. The manager refunded it back but this could simply be avoided by the attendant listing what is on my order before grabbing my debit card and swiping.
Second time, I placed my order and was asked to pull up. I sat there and watched 4 cars go through. I walked in and my order was placed in the pick up area.
Communication at this store is not good!
Love KFC coleslaw! The food isn't the problem.

Ordered nachos with extra beef which they charged me for but did not get the extra beef, my 2 burritos barely had any beef as well, the fries and steak burritos were good though. Maybe because it was 10pm they were running out of beef but the cashier was polite at least

This location was clean and quiet. Even while having a bunch of customers inside. Our food was ready before I finished filling up my medium soft drink

Taco Bell was once a place where one could get a super cheap meal, served reasonably hot, and get it down your gullet on a quick break or when the dreaded munchies strike at 12:03 am.
While I understand that the cost of goods and services are a bear to contend with these days, and that they have no choice but to pass it on to the consumer, but the value is completely gone and the quality has still stayed the same, which can be a positive or a negative depending on how you look at it. Stick with the Lux meals and do not venture outside the box or your wallet will pay dearly for it afterwards.
