The drive-thru was moving a bit slow when I visited. There were just a couple of cars in front of me, and it took a 10 minutes for someone to take my order. By the time I finished ordering, about 25 minutes had passed and the same cars were still waiting. The parking lot wasn’t even full, so hopefully they can work on making the service a little quicker.

Only one in the drive thru tooks 11 mins for food after being pulled up in drive thru… to come home to a raw burger not one burger not two but all three burgers were clearly red inside … also this is what size fry??? 60.00 spent for this i am taking this to the state on this one..

Their app doesn't allow you to order online and pay in the store, with cash. The manager then charged me for a medium curly fry I didn't order. Which was not in my bag. When I went to go back inside to get them, the same manager started to argue with me that the fries were placed in the bag. I did finally receive them though. Also, their cook looked very unkempt.

Seriously disappointed in this Arby’s my daughter and I came here at exactly 9 PM. We sat at the drive-through for nine minutes before somebody spoke to us through the drive-through speaker even though my daughter and I both said hello and waited patiently for someone to answer….. After we ordered a number 15 meal with NO tomatoes and a chocolate shake no whipped cream. We then pull up to the window paid for our meal and sat here for another 15 minutes only to get the sandwich WITH TOMATOES , fries, and the shake WITH whipped cream. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to sit in a drive-through for almost 30 minutes to get one meal. And on top of that, they didn’t even get what we ordered correct….. 😡😡Arby’s is seriously going downhill….. I suggest you stay clear away from this Arby’s!!!

I notice the loaded fries that entailed fries, chicken and bacon. I received the fries cold, the chicken is hard and cold, the bacon is not even crumbled oh and by the way the bacon strips are cold as well. They didn’t even try and make the fries appear to be “loaded fries” welp $5 gone down the drain, check all your food before you pull off from here!
