Concept of mobile app is great but I have never been able to just get my food at the window. I select drive through and they make me park every time. 10-20min wait. How hard is a happy meal. Get it together or get lost

Horrible service, there's actually no service, I stand at the counter waiting to pay with cash or needing condiments but I get zero acknowledgement, I have to finally yell out for assistance to get anyone to come over. The drive thru is ridiculous, I put drive thru on the app but every single time I get told to pull up to curbside which annoys me bcus whats the point of having drive thru on the app if your going to ignore it, manager even slammed the drive thru window hard in my face

Horribly disrespectful and disgusting. I came to get a new small 1.59 coffee after some old creamer left an odd film in the one I had initially ordered. The worker at the windows inspected it and side eyed me before handing it to her shift manager who looked annoyed and said "it looks fine." I told them I just wanted a fresh coffee seeing as I didn't trust this one and they asked me to pull into one of the numbered spots. I declined seeing as it was just a new small black coffee I was asking for and they proceeded to give me back the exact same coffee with the creamer and the ticket number that matched my recipt still on it. I am absolutely disgusted and their behavior was incredibly disrespectful. I am lactose intolerant and have to be careful with the quality of dairy I consume, being disregarded in such a way is completely unacceptable for any food establishment. I will not be returning.

This store has to be the most unprofessional fast food that I’ve been to, they do not acknowledge the customer or even welcome them. They don’t even call the number for the food and just sit it on the counter and my food was taken. The manager walks as if she was almighty me does nothing bout the issue.

It is absolutely wild to me how my order was “lost” when they confirmed my mobile order with my first name at the drive through….
After confirming my order, I was asked to pull up to receive my drinks, then pull forward again while my food was being made. I waited over 20 minutes before I pulled back around to the drive-through for an update.
The manager had me pull forward to look into the issue to then tell me that they did not receive my order on their end because I had not paid for my order yet. How is that possible when you gave me my drinks?
The manager on duty at the time gave me the run around about how the mistake was on my end instead of taking ownership of their mistake.
Prior to this visit today, I had not been to this location in at-least 12 months. This visit was a reminder why I do not come here.
