I understand it being late and usually busy; so im fine with a wait. As long as im getting what the heck i paid for.. if you run out of fries don't fill up a large fry with the amount of the happy meal bags in it. Let me know. I would have waited, but you're too worried about times. The fries we did get RAW. BOO TO THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY. And with active manager walking around, clearly didn't help much with quality control. Also ordered a mix snack wrap. And 2 ranch. Guess what we opened up to at home. A mix, but... wait for. It.... 2 spicy wraps. Ridiculous

Chicken was rubber, fries aren't edible and had. And because certain family members have spice restrictions the wraps were garbage... its absolutely tragic how much this mcdonalds has been not slowly, but a fast plummet to complete inconsistent terrible trash... This company doesn't care anymore neither do the workers so, this should end well..

Nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered to go and the manager made sure we had everything correct and gave us a good amount of sauce. on the way out, my hands were full but a very nice employee stopped in the middle of her task and went out of her way to hold the door open for me. 10/10 never had such nice service at a McDonald's

When I got to drive thru, they forgot two customized burgers that I ordered. Good thing I checked before leaving. Worker grabbed me the cheeseburgers but even though the wrapping had the correct info on it, they were the wrong burgers. I paid extra for tomato and lettuce so my husband turned the car around and got the correct burgers. We noticed they forgot to give us straws so I ran back in again for that. They did give us a free apple pie. When I ate my snack wrap, something smelled like it was about to go bad. Either lettuce or cheese. Anyway, typical McDonald’s experience, what can I say? 😂

Walked in kiosk weren’t working, staff would not take order. I demanded they did once the happy meal was delivered. It only had six fries. The atmosphere is cold and blank . If this is how McDonald’s is gonna be in the future, then I’ll be going elsewhere for now on. Ronald would be turning over in his grave right now.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s.
The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful — so much so that my child left the restaurant in tears. I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior from employees, especially toward a child. There was no apology, no accountability, just pure attitude.
On top of that, the dining area was filthy — dirty tables, trash on the floor, and no one seemed to care. Our order was messed up, and when we politely asked them to fix it, we were met with even more rudeness.
This location is a disgrace to the McDonald’s brand. I would strongly advise others to avoid it. I truly hope management takes action because this was unacceptable on every level.
