Food was good and fresh but not worth $15.00. Very little fries, coke did not taste like coke. Also did not receive 5 tenders, I got 3. Bad management or employees do not care. Probably will not return and I just moved to the area. Sad I loved Popeyes.

i never had a problem with this popeyes location but today i went to go get ONE chicken sandwich and the line was already backed up and long and i waited at least 45 minutes to get a sandwich that was absolutely disgusting. the chicken was very chewy and it literally looked like they grabbed a chicken tender and placed some sauce and pickles and then threw it on a bun. it’s just disappointing.

There is a reason for all the 1 stars..
Selectively I have gone to this Popeyes off SR54 if the kids desire but I would rather spend an extra 20-30$ and go somewhere else.
This establishment seems poorly managed due to the number of juveniles working. There is always horse playing in the common areas and your food is always mishandled or missing orders. The manager is ran by the franchisee who is only there for profit not for customer satisfaction.
It never fails that each time over the span of 3 years I have had to check my bags , pray for clean hands and fresh food. They always disappoint.
For Sanity sake-stay away from this establishment
Food spilled in the bag because they didn’t put the top on and the fish sandwich with no condiments although I asked for everything.
Ownership is a responsibility taken lightly here.

I went through the drive thru mistake #1. Then I took the food back inside and the lady behind the counter tried to take the food back behind the counter. Next the packer gave me a lot of back talk and continued to make other orders without taking care of me first. Then the cashier and the packer had a whole conversation calling me a her. This place needs to hire someone who wants to work and has better customer service skills. Lastly the manager walked past like nothing was going on. I really wished the owner of this establishment would contact me. Safe serve is not being practiced at the restaurant. They deserve a zero.

I kid you not every time I come to this place the wait time is soo extremely long.. The last time I came to this place a few months ago, we arrive 45 to an hour before closing & they straight up told us they ran out of chicken.. I’m here today sitting in the drive-through line for over 45 minutes. I see SIX employees walk in and out of the back door from chilling in the car - when the drive-through line is six cars deep… Explain to me how this is okay?
