We love this place, the burgers are always juicy and delicious. The fries are good although the portion could be a little bigger. I’m shocked to see ratings of 2 because we’ve always come away having throughly enjoyed our burgers.

First visit here! Never been to a Burger 21 until today. My kids and I came here before their piano lesson today. We ate in and were greeted by a friendly guy who knew about the food and sold me the daily special, “The Cheesy”. I bought three kids burger meals and it was around $44 with a 10% register payment tip. I received my food promptly as the nice young man said it would be about 10 minutes. As my kids and I were waiting for our food I observed this nice young man serving other people and interactions with his co-workers. He eventually came back to my kids and I at our table asking how everything was for us. I asked if he was managing the place because his awareness of the dining room and customers was amazing to see. He told me he started about two weeks ago. I, myself, managed a restaurant and bar in an international airport when I was only seventeen. I know great service when I see it. I found out this nice young man’s name is Chris (Isaiah) and I had the privilege of complimenting him and told him he will go a long way in life with his practices. I would imagine he comes from a great loving family given his kind tone and desire to be helpful to all those around him. I spoke with his manager, Gabriel, about my observations and asked if Gabriel had hired him. Gabriel confirmed and said they really needed someone like Chris there and was happy to receive my feedback. I pointed out to Gabriel, another observation of mine, that they need to rearrange the table/seat setup on the west wall because the can lights hanging from the ceiling were designed to align with the tables and they’re misaligned. He agreed and I told him and Chris we will be back. My faith in the youth restored! A loving family and learning to be kind and care for others goes a long way and I pray to see more of it for years to come. Too much hate and divisiveness in our culture these days. I ordered sliders and sweet potato fries. Why is there only 2 small sliders with not even 1/2 of an 1/2 inch burger meat on it. I paid $15 and it feels like I've not eaten anything. I'm a petite woman. It doesn't take me a lot to get full. Who are they feeding, Kids? I feel robbed. 😪 One visit was enough. I'll take my money elsewhere.

The burgers were good, the gluten free buns taste like a normal bun. Isaiah took our order and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend and plan to go back again.
