Typical MDs fast-food spot. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it's slow. Your order can be correct, or wrong. Depends on the day and the staff. My orders are usually on-point, but voices in the community tell me different stories 🤷🏾♂️

Why have 2 drive throughs if you don’t use them ever? Staff did what they could with little resources. Do better upper management. Some district manager needs a reality check. Staff does their job great with what’s given. Do better corporate or franchise owner.

I am a MacDonal fan, but this place is not aware of the hordens, the cashier left the horden and other people grabbed the horden and I had to ask them to change my horden.

Additionally, they did not want me to change it.

The outside is nice, and the inside is pretty modern, but that's about it. I've been to this location 6-7 times throughout different times in the last 5 months, and EVERY time this location has disappointed me. I pay for food that isn't there, the order is completely wrong, or both. Btw, don't get the large fry--they'll barely fill it halfway. If I'm going to have to wait for an extended period of time for my food, please get it right.

They are beyond rude. You will wait in the drive through line for 7 minutes before someone greets you, they act like they're doing you a favor to do their job when you go through the drive through. And fun fact, if you try to call them to speak to a manager, you get a busy tone and no one picks up.
They either need to be under new management or closed, and you can select one of the other two mcdonalds within a two mile radius.
