The bread is just delicious. My only complaint is, it's a lot of bread. It will definitely fill you up. Next time I'm going to ask for thinner slices.
Need to thinly slice like my husband likes. I don't particularly care for it that timely sliced but I love different kinds of sandwiches. Big Rich cookies can be found here as well.

Lonni's was a pleasant surprise. The sandwiches are good! Made on fresh homemade bread and the ingredients are fresh. You don't get that fresh homemade bread anywhere but Lonni's. It's her homemade recipe and you can tell! Lonni's is a small sandwich shop that does take out only. So, you won't find a table to sit at. However, don't let that stop you from stopping in to grab a sandwich. It's tucked into a small professional plaza. The ladies there are so nice and pleasant. Your sandwiches are made with great care. A small business that takes care of their customers. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.

The Sunny Bird is the best sandwich I have ever eaten! The staff is friendly and the food is to die for. I have been eating at this local gem for for over ten years, yet the quality exceeds my expectations every time.
Update: I finally branched out and tried something new: Curried Tropical Chicken Salad. It was mouth-wateringly delicious. I told the chef that I normally get a Sunny Bird and asked about the Curry Chicken. She encouraged me to try a sample and said she'd hate for anyone to buy a sandwich they didn't like. Moral of this update: don't be afraid to branch out, everything is amazing!

What a delightful sandwich shop with a classic down home vibe. The owner was sweet and friendly and the Sunny Bird was a great sandwich. 🥪 there’s something for everyone because they’ve got unique creations and breads as well as vegetarian options.
