Went through the drive thru for a cheeseburger kids meal. Was parked for at least 8 mins waiting for just that. There was a mix up with the happy meal and it was given to someone else. Had to wait a few more mins for a “new one”. Got home trying to log back into work and set my son up with his meal only for him to open his burger with a BITE out of it.
I call the store to speak with a manager only to be met with a woman who claims to be a manager by the name of DOT. As I am speaking to her telling her the situation she starts over talking me telling me that “no one took a bite out of your cheeseburger ma’am”. DOT tells me she will not replace the meal only the burger. Why on earth would I want my child to eat a meal that someone else has touched and bitten off of. She gives me a bogus number to call to speak to the head manager. Idk what kind of people your store hires for so called managers, but you should invest in some customer service training for them. The disrespect I was met with immediately literally calling me a liar in other words. There was absolutely no apology, nothing to try and better the situation. No customer service skills what so ever. DOT and DIANE, I hope that one day you get the opportunity for a do-over on this situation and you handle it a little better. Especially at a time like this when a hurricane just ripped through our town and most of us here have lost everything. I hope that you are a little more understanding and have a more human empathy response for a customer of yours.

At some point in the last several months, everyone working there forgot how to fill a fry box. Dozens of trips, almost every single one has gotten me a fry box like you see in my photo.
I should have stopped going a long time ago but my 1500 calorie meal is a fast and easy CICO meal. This is not a problem with any other McD's, so maybe this is a cost saving measure? I dunno, but either way I'm done with this place. Friendly staff, but you won't get what you pay for.

My daughter ordered food from this place. She found a baby roach in the wrapper of her burger. Her and her boyfriend went back to return the food. And the manager was very rude to them. She refused to give a refund for the food. Who in their right minds would want to eat from a place that has roaches! I am definitely going to report this place to the health department! What other things are they violating?

Pretty self explanatory pies are so burnt and hard. Nuggets old. It’s sad on how expensive the food is now a days and you still get straight trash I waited an extra 5-10 mins for garbage. Don’t try to waste your time and money at this McDonald’s ever again. It’s not worth it.

Ordered a filet o fish & fries. The half slice (still unbelievable that you don't get a whole one) wasn't even on the sandwich. I included a picture before I touched it & of how it looked when I lifted the sandwich. There was no one behind me in line, so absolutely no reason to rush to the point of being incapable of making a sandwich correctly. The fries were also cold by the time I arrived home after 5 minutes with the bag closed at the top.
