First time here, little noisy, but only because they are a busy breakfast spot. They do have outside area to sit ans eat. Plenty of parking. Was a little disappointed with the bloody Mary, but we went there for breakfast NOT drinks. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely go back for dinner.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be hugged by breakfast, Country Boy Restaurant in Dunedin is the answer. I walked in craving something light and healthy, but still delicious — and left with my faith in humanity restored, a full belly, and a deep spiritual connection to rye toast.
Let’s start with the veggie omelette. This wasn’t your average “meh” pile of scrambled egg sadness. No. This was a Michelangelo masterpiece of vegetables. I swear I heard an angelic choir when it hit the table. It was fluffy, flavorful, and stuffed with more fresh veggies than a farmer’s market on steroids. The rye toast was toasted to a golden crisp that would make even a bagel jealous. And the coffee? Let’s just say it was the kind of smooth, comforting brew that makes you want to buy a flannel shirt and start a diner podcast.
Now let’s talk service. Imagine the most attentive, friendly server you’ve ever had… then add three cups of coffee and a sprinkle of Southern hospitality. That’s the level of joy they bring you. I felt like royalty. Like I was about to be knighted with a spatula.
And the place itself? Spotless. Tidy. Welcoming. It’s the kind of place where the regulars have their own chairs and the servers remember your order before you even sit down. If this restaurant were a person, I’d send them a Christmas card and invite them to my wedding.

I was there for a brunch today (Sunday). It was Mother’s Day so the place was packed with lots of happy families. They have indoor and outdoor seating. (Outdoor is in shade under cover and couple tables have umbrellas.
Restaurant was SOOOO clean and fresh. Even the restrooms!
I had classic eggs Benedict and it was delicious. It’s hard to do poached eggs correctly - and this place knows what they are doing! Hash browns were amazing!!!! All the food seemed really fresh. Service was great and fast.
They also had locally made French baguettes - I got two of them and they were so good and crispy!
Overall it was a wonderful, family place to get a great, hearty breakfast. We are definitely coming back!

Long time local favorite in Dunedin. We had the French toast with eggs, hash browns, biscuits, gravy with eggs and grits. The restaurant was not too busy when we arrived, but did pick up while we were there. The service was good, but our waitress only came by once after our meals were served. I'm not sure if she had too many tables at one time or not. Our food came out quickly, cooked to order and was hot. Everything was very tasty and we will definitely return.

Didn't even know this place existed!
The Fried Seafood platter was delicious and soooo much food! I shared it with my daughter and we still had to get a to go box. Our server Danny was great. We will be back 🙂
