We celebrated my birthday at Sandbar Grill, and Max and Shannon made it an unforgettable experience!
From the moment we arrived, Shannon provided warm, friendly service and made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were excellent, and everything was prepared perfectly.
The highlight of the evening was the incredible surprise Max created just for my birthday—a deep-fried cheesecake that isn’t even on the menu. It was absolutely amazing! Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, dusted with powdered sugar and served with cherries—it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
What could have been just another dinner became a truly special celebration thanks to Max’s creativity and Shannon’s outstanding hospitality. Thank you both for going above and beyond to make my birthday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

OMGosh. The pizza was absolutely delicious. My grand daughter loved the French fries. We ordered half pepperoni and half buffalo pizza. Highly recommended!!!

Good location, decent menu options, and fair pricing. Food wasn’t bad, though the fish and chips weren’t very good. (Grouper fingers were delish -)

The Sandbar Grill in Dunedin is one of my favorite spots in town—especially if you’re a shrimp lover. Their Shrimpin' Ain't Easy dish is always fresh, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right.
The atmosphere is relaxed and beachy, making it a nice place to unwind. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service always feels personal. Pair that with great drinks and a breezy coastal vibe and you’ve got the perfect hangout.
If you’re craving great seafood—especially shrimp—The Sandbar is a must-visit. Highly recommend! 🍤✨
