I always get my pizza at Marcos. Recently ordered on there app a deluxe and a pepperoni bacon pizza. I received 2 pepperoni bacon pizzas. Called to see what we could do. Said they could send another driver out with the right pizza. I said no it was already dinner time and everyone was eating. Maybe I could get a coupon or anything. They said no couldn't do that unless it was really bad mistake. Wrong pizza seems pretty bad. Still think Marcos has the best pizza wish customer service was better.

The last order from here was not a good experience. For the 2nd time, they put green peppers on our pizza when we asked for and the ticket shows green olives!! When picking up the pizza, the person at the counter told us to “wait a minute “ which turned into 9 minutes of her taking a call in order!!!!! Our pizza and wings were cold. Their food is so good but today was not a good day.

I waited at the counter directly in front of Melanie for 5 minutes. I finally said hello because I felt ignored. She yelled into the back for someone to help me. She never acknowledged me in any way.I was there to pick up my online order. A few minutes later ( my order was not ready) Melanie walked out the door. I made eye contact with her and again she completely ignored me. I then asked another associate for her name. I was smiling when i asked. The associate rudely told me that she was his sister and would not give me her name. When I paid for my order i politely asked the nice gentleman that handed me my order and took payment fir her name he very politely said " it's Melanie.
My advice to everyone DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF MELANIE OR HER BROTHER IS WORKING

Food has gone downhill but the customer service has fallen off the cliff!
Ordered curbside pickup, arrived for my order and parked in the designated spot right by the door. Got no response from selecting I’ve arrived for my order in email so I called and was immediately put on hold by the worker who I could see from my car. He then walked away from the counter and when another customer came in, he came back and waited on her. He stood at the counter and never picked up phone to answer or bring my order out in spite of looking right at me. A second customer arrives and was given his order- while I’m still on hold. A third customer arrives and placed an order, while I’m STILL on hold. I then walked into the store as the phone rings and he answers and starts taking their order….while I’m STILL on hold. Apparently if you’re not the right nationality, you won’t be served at this business. My family will NEVER do business here again. You shouldn’t discriminate which customers you choose to serve!
