I always order the garden salad and have never eaten such a fresh salad anywhere, including anything I could make at home! The lettuce is the star—crisp and bright green, fresh cut daily! Not a wilted piece of lettuce in sight! The rest of the ingredients are icing on the cake!

Pretty poor quality control. Straight forward order with pepperoni and extra cheese. Half the pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. Not sure how you can get away with this being the standard, but this is what will keep people from coming back.

Ordered via the Marcos website at 3:30pm for 5pm delivery. Pizza didnt arrive until 6pm. The pizza was cold when it arrived, opening the box the pizza was whole, the store did not even cut it up into slices. Called Marcos, spoke to the manager on duty he apologized but informed that it was a doordash issue. Admitted that they were short on delivery drivers and when they are they use doordash to help deliver. We ordered through the store, the store used door dash for its delivery and yet the refused to take accountability. I asked if his driver would have been late with the delivery what would he have done, he informed he would have remade the order but this was not a store issue??? We ultimately asked for a refund which he agreed to but again informed this was a doordash issue. The pizza is now in the garbage and we would never order from Marcos again!!!!

This place gets 2 🌟 today because is the second time letting us down lately.
Today's order PIZZA#8134 (pics)
Both times we ordered Meat and Green Peppers this time most of the toppings were on half of the Pizza.
The first time same order and instead of Peppers they put onions.
Is Highly recommended to check ✔️ your Order before you take it home or accept the delivery.

What an awful experience. Gnats in the salad and the worst wings ever. My husband’s pizza was awful as well. We asked for a specific driver and did not get him. Absolutely no customer service follow through. Ugh never again. I will spend more and go pick it up at Pizza Pie (never have had anything with gnats are awful tasting so far)
