My dad and I stopped in here on a whim for a quick bite to eat and were not disappointed! He ordered a brisket sandwich and I got the burnt ends. Both were amazing. The food is prepared fresh every day which you can taste. Sauces were 10/10. Must try the Tampa Q (espresso bbq). Nothing bad to say other than it’s too far from where I live but happy to hear they’re opening a second location! If you’re in the mood for BBQ, you need to go here! Met one of the partners and he was so friendly. We love supporting locals and small businesses and will definitely be back.

Me and my wife stop by to try the food here. The brisket is the most tender melt in my mouth I've ever taste. The crew is very helpful. We will definitely eat here again!

We've been living in Florida for 25 years, and FINALLY found legit Southern BBQ yesterday. So good, we went back today!
- The brisket and burnt ends were plastic-fork tender.
- The pulled pork sandwich [aka. "The Cackalacky"] is absolutely true to Southern recipes.
- Sauces are available, but I encourage you to taste THE MEAT first.
- Today, we had wings for an appetizer [they're smoked first, and we opted for grilled rather than fried]. Yep, they were cluckin' tasty. :)
- They had a daily special posted as well. As if the menu items weren't enough, the specials would be worth stopping by for.
They are opening another location in Oldsmar "soon".
You need to go. Better yet, you deserve to go.

Excellent BBQ.
Large portions and tasty. The pulled pork and brisket were perfectly cooked. There were a variety of sauces you could complement your meal with. The sides were very tasty and I would recommend the Brunswick stew.
There is seating inside and in a patio area.

I put in an order while at the brewery next door for pick up and the boys made it fresh when I got in there and I couldn’t recommend this place more. SO GOOD! I got the brisket Mac sandwich and if I lived in Dunedin I would have a hard time not eating it daily. Thank you to the guys working for being so kind and efficient.
