I have been to Thirsty Buffalo many times, both this location and their Brew Factory further down SR 54, and I am never disappointed! The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their beers.
As a member of the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group, I have also had the pleasure of attending multiple events here and I can say that the staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming. Love how there is a place where we can enjoy good brews while also supporting a great local business.

I’ve visited this area while this was being built and now that I had the chance to stop by, I had to take it.
The setup of this brewery is awesome. Lots of seating inside and out. I really wanted to try their different styles of IPA however, they only had the Hazy Grazer on tap, the other two were out.
The beer was really good. Service was really quick and didn’t have to wait long at all each time we went to get another round. Definitely want to go back and try some other beers out.

A new brewery that I’ve been looking forward to as its near my neighborhood. They have plenty of seating at the bar and also tables, both regular (good for families) and high top with padded chairs.
The staff were all very friendly and attentive. I met Jack, the co-owner, who I could tell was passionate and was looking forward to their future brews. As for the beer, they had seven different brews available. I tried them all and they were all good, though my personal favorites were the Midnight Bull and Rambler Amber. I’m really looking forward to seeing what else is to come.
Other things to note - they have several televisions that are visible wherever you are sitting, and some merchandise for sale including t-shirts, tanktops, pint glasses and hats. They have 3 large garage doors that were closed but will probably be great to have open on cooler days to really open the place up. Overall the place is pretty spacious and includes a cool LED fireplace.
This is a great brewery with some cool staff and a bright future. Come check them out!

We love Thirsty Buffalo!! We’ve been twice now and will be back again for more tasty beers. This space is so lively and comfortable. They have plenty of tables inside and out to sit at, games for you to play while you hangout, TVs, and always some sort of entertainment happening. The beer is fresh and delicious since it’s brewed in house and goes down smooth. All the employees are super kind too, they’ll answer any questions you have about their current selection and will give you some hints as to what’s coming next! The prices are perfect too!
