This location is fine. It's big with ample seating inside and out. The challenge is with the consistency of the product and friendliness of the staff. Both are hit or miss. Candidly, we regularly drive past this location to get to the one near the Suncoast Expressway on 54 because it's consistently better.

Coffee here has changed so much, basically no different than dunkin. Both the drinks I got were way too milky than what they were supposed to be.

Worst service ever, coworker s working and managers making conversations at the busy time. seriously in my whole life, I never see any worse service than this one. I will never ever back again to the store. I was almost going to take a pictures of the coworker that are sitting playing and others making conversation to each other others and Customer waiting. I Just left My drink there without touch it. The service is disgusting.

I LOVE STARBUCKS SO SO MUCH!!! The employees were so nice always. But I went today to get the boba in my drink. But when I got my drink barely any was in the cup:(
