You will regret going here. Unfortunately I did not check reviews as most people don’t for fast food. Ordered through the app from home. Arrived 20 minutes later and restaurant was empty, employees just standing around talking. I asked about my order and they said there wasn’t one, then said it just arrived but they didn’t have any chicken cooked (yes, really), but that they would start to cook some and it would be at least 15 minutes. Staff apologized but said it happens all the time. She said I could call next time to see if they have chicken before ordering. How do you run a business like that? I would have cancelled but already paid through the app. The entire time I waited, not one customer came in store or through drive through, 630 pm on a Saturday. Apparently others knew. Even though I was the only one there for 30 minutes, the order still had items missing. Additionally, when Justin handed me the order, he proudly talked about how crispy he made the chicken, and I reminded them that we requested original recipe, which he said it was, but it was not. it was very hard and crunchy. Never again for me. Go elsewhere.

12 piece nugget combo for $12 didn’t even get 12 nuggets. It’s too expensive to try again & not get what I ordered. Food was cold. Coleslaw was spoiled. Such a shame out of a new location. Now I know why your location is always empty

Literally standing in the lobby now cuz the app said my food was ready. No where near ready. Made eye contact twice with someone not once was I acknowledged what if I wanted to place an order??? Another gentleman standing here same thing app said ready not ready he tried getting their attention twice got ignored. Finally after ten minutes of being ignored I get my order ALLLLL wrong. Like do you even read the orders?? It’s really not that hard to read a screen and put the things on the screen in the bag!! DO BETTER !!!!

Sat there for 25 min for a mobile order of wedges. The wedges were obviously amazing but wow this staff is super rude (women and girl) and the speed is horrible. They prioritized drive through orders clearly and if you put in a mobile order they just tell you to wait or come in, which doesn’t make any sense.

My husband went yesterday at 5:30pm to get a 12 piece extra crispy meal. He agreed to wait 20 minutes while they cooked it. When he got home there were only 8 pieces in the bucket.
I looked online for a phone number to call to request partial refund and found the chain does not provide any phone number to contact them.
The last 2 times we went there we had same issue of extra crispy not readily available. I’m fine waiting as I expect they don’t want to pre-cook food and it go to waste. But both instances they “slipped in” several pieces of regular crispy chicken. I didn’t bother writing a review but after this time being short changed, I’d had enough.
