Went in for pickup an hour before they closed. Ordered the ribeye steak sandwich. Was dry and didnhey forgot to put the spicy mayo sauce. Also forgot the ceaser dressing for the ceaser salad. The only thing we ate was the wings. We didn't call or go back because they had already closed for the night

Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon to try this new Brass Tap location for the first time. I see several other reviews commenting on service issues but thankfully I can say that we didn’t have any problems, though it wasn’t busy at this time and we sat at the bar. The bartender acknowledged us right away and gave a cocktail recommendation. We got our drinks and also ordered food (burger and wings) with no issue. The food was great and honestly much better than the burgers and wings we used to get at Beef O’Brady’s, so we were happy about that and looking forward to trying other items off the menu next time.
As for the restaurant itself, the overall layout is the same as Beef’s though they got rid of the half wall that separated the bar area from the rest of the restaurant which makes sense in my opinion - it was never needed in the first place and opens up the room more. So far so good and will visit again.

First and foremost, bartender Ashley was AWESOME! She never stopped moving or smiling and was attentive and accommodating. I had wings and they were very good. My colleague had a burger and fries and said that it was equally good. Food arrived in a timely manner from the time we ordered. Why 4 Stars? IMO, there is NOTHING worse than trying to have a conversation with someone and having Trivia or in this case, a DJ...I think, come blaring on the overhead speakers and terminate any chance of having normal conversation. But I will freely admit, I am not a "Gimmick". I don't seek out these types of events or happy hours. I look for good food, good service and a decent selection of local craft beer. Secondly, "While I know this is a Chain and Corporate owned", out of the many taps they offered, there were only a few local taps that were not and Anheuser-Busch product. If you are going to advertise yourself as a "Tap Room" then you offer something more than every other sports bar in the area (which I know for a fact that the local distributors carry)...just my opinion. If you enjoy Trivia or whatever was going on and you are fine with main line beers and good food than we can up them to a 5.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at The Brass Tap!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality—but what truly made our visit unforgettable was Amy. She wasn’t just a server; she was a whole vibe. Attentive, friendly, hilarious, and incredibly knowledgeable, Amy made sure every detail was perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and somehow made each interaction feel personal and genuine. You can tell she loves what she does—and it shows.
Now let’s talk about the food: incredible. Everything we ordered was hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. From the appetizers to the main course, every bite delivered. But honestly? As good as the food was (and trust me, it was amazing), Amy outshined it all.
If you're heading to Brass Tap, do yourself a favor: ask for Amy. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
