They failed to read the order and made the boneless wing HOTT 🔥 instead of garlic parmesean. My daughter has been dying to eat here and you ruined her first visit. I expect 20 free new wings please contact me

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to speak on. I placed an order and was shorted 10 wings. I had to drive all the way back, and when I arrived, the manager claimed she personally tossed the wings, but couldn’t even tell me what flavor I had ordered. Mind you, this was literally just 10 minutes earlier.
Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was met with attitude and basically told I was wrong. I wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas if I wasn’t sure I had been shorted. We’re talking about a $10-$12 difference here, and yes, I absolutely came back for what I paid for.
What made it worse was the unprofessional tone. No apology, no accountability. Just excuses. This kind of service is exactly why the reviews for this location are so low. Do better.

Whoever was the cook Friday July 19th needs to retrain and learn how to read an order. Little popcorn chicken like sizes, stingy on the sauce I can’t even tell which wing flavor is which because it’s all DRY no flavor the only one was the BBQ…I ordered 4 different flavors if yall didn’t have the sauces you should have let me know and provided me different options. I want my money back ASAP this is not what I ordered.

Today T-Mobile Tuesday gave their customers a promo that originally valued at around $10 but the customers only paid $0.01 for it. Talk about an awesome deal. When I went to pick up my aunts food for her the establishment was packed. There was about 4-5 employees and I must say that everyone joined together and did whatever they had to do to get the orders out.
I was extremely patient because to have worked in fast food so I can understand what they were dealing with. I applaud them for their team efforts and customer service skills throughout this process. They all deserve recognition and raises. I wish that I would've gotten their names.
Their determination and will to get the job done and despite the establishment being packed and loud throughout they managed to stay calm and keep everyone calm as orders came out.

I love wing stop but my experience today was awful and if there was a closer place to get wings I would never go back again. I tried for over 20 minutes to order the 20 for 20 and two orders of fries. It would not add the second order of fries. My roommate also tried and was unsuccessful . I gave up and called the store and was told the 20 for 20 was online only. I explained the problem but they could have cared less. I also went back and looked and I didn’t see anywhere that said on line only. I don’t understand why I have to go to the store and pick up the order but they would not accept my phone order. I never complain but this really aggravated me.
