We had the appetizer sample platter a great variety. Also the steak burrito and the skirt steak platter
Great atmosphere
Gracious staff
I know everyone visits the sponge docks and has Greek food, we tried but never even got drinks they were understaffed. So we tried this place the vibe was way better , service was great and the food was authentic.

Thought we would try a Mexican place closer to home for a quick takeout dinner. We all got steak chimichanga dinners. I got mine without cheese on top and a side of guacamole.
To the best of my knowledge (and past 30 years of ordering them), a chimichanga is basically a fried burrito. This was not that. This was diced up, chewy, grisly steak bits in a folded tortilla, and fried.
My husband, who loves Mexican food (but thought this was terrible), said he thinks the beans were Texas style. I thought it was just a liquid mess with a few beans and cheese thrown in to make it look somewhat like a side of beans.
The rice was ok, and the guacamole had a lot of lime in it, but it was ok too.
The 2 other "chimichangas" were the same. The only difference, they were swimming in some kind of liquid cheese, which I would assume was a queso cheese.
This was 1 of the worst meals we've overpaid for in quite a while.
The cost was $56 and some change, for 3 chimichangas and an extra side of guacamole. Ridiculous price for this very poor quality and quantity of food.

Food was yummy. Service was great. Only issue is the city of Tarpon fails bigtime at available parking for sponge dock businesses. This will end up being it's financial demise as most people aren't going to walk 1/2 mile from a public parking lot.

Stopped into this place and ordered takeout. Was pretty surprised at the prices on the menu, so my wife and I decided to split a chicken burrito which comes with nothing on the side. the person at the bar told us it was big enough to split (which sounded true because of the price, which was $15 since they charge extra if you use a credit card). We waited about 10 mins for the burrito to come out and then before we left we asked for a red salsa to go along with the green salsa they gave us and we were informed that you can only have 1 salsa and she had us give the one they gave us back (seems like a health violation).
We were a bit annoyed by the attitude from the server, but we decided to take the burrito home and give it a fair shot... It was definitely not big enough to slip...and the burrito was not good not disgusting, just ok... But my wife and I both ended up getting sick that night and vomiting all night... I would never go back to this place. Overpriced, terrible service, and the food will make you sick. Also the place has terrible atmosphere when you go in there.

Went for dinner on a wed. The food was very good, great service, the $1.50 chicken and beef tacos were great. And the margaritas and sangria were terrific.
You can park close by for free, don't pay for parking.
Great local option if your tired of the worn out, sloppy, tired Greek food in the area that seems to be thrown together.
So nice to have this great other options.
Keep up the good work!
