The store was very nice, and clean. And the breadsticks are so good. My only problem is I ate too many. The spaghetti was really good as well, no complaints at all. Oh yeah the people there were so nice and polite. They even helped me out with a crushing up a pill into a meatball for my little doggie. His allergies were bothering him. I live far away but when I'm in town I will definitely be back!!!

Boy oh boy - this a complete disappointment. Tricked by the reviews. So let me add my two cents: if you like Stouffer’s microwaved/frozen version of “Italian” food, you will probably be ok with this.
Actually…I’ve had Stouffer’s lasagna and it’s better than Fazoli 😒
Alfredo - flavorless! Like what was I even eating…!?
Club sub: 11$ for mediocre sandwich - did not taste fresh or toasty (ABC pizza does it better)
Meatballs: Giving frozen Walmart meatballs that sat in a crock pot with Ragu all day. Mushy and did not taste like they were made in house.
Pizza: this was ok but it could have also been from the nearby Racetrack gas station - I’ve had their pizza too, samey-samey. Maybe Fazolis ran out and had to grab our slice from the gas station 🤪
$50 for three people and we threw the leftovers away. The only plus is that you can order online and pick up in drive thru 🤷🏻♀️

Great menu selection, everyone we encountered was very friendly. The food was great and the portion was a great value as well.
The food was brought to our table, arrived quickly after our order was placed. We also got free bread sticks which was great! Definitely will be back.

Nick and Owen were fantastic. Went above and beyond to make sure my meal was the exactly way I liked it and made sure the breadsticks never stopped! Will be back for certain. The food is exactly what you expect from fast-casual Italian with several pasta options. The service today was top notch.

I contacted Fazoli’s when I noticed the missing item from the ultimate platter. The manager was going to call back. After several days, I contacted them again. No reply. I submitted two messages through the Contact Us feature. No reply. The items received were delicious so three stars. It’s disappointing that the order was missing an item. The customer service needs to be improved hence one star.
***UPDATE***
We've travelled to the restaurant twice since the original post. Both times, our order was accurate and the service was top-notch. The spaghetti with meat sauce was steaming. My husband appreciates hot food being hot (not scalding). It was an excellent ratio of pasta to sauce. The Ultimate Sampler included all the items. The pasta was cooked al dente. All the sauces were flavorful. My husband enjoyed the meatball on the spaghetti (from the sampler). The staff were cordial and courteous. The people who delivered our meals to our table were pleasant. The grated cheese was a welcomed addition to our delicious meal. They checked on us but were not hovering. Enjoyable!
