Mexican Food Review – A Flavorful Delight 🇲🇽
Tried an incredible Mexican spot last night — vibrant vibe, warm staff, and seriously delicious food. The guacamole was fresh, chips perfectly crisp, and the carne asada tacos were juicy with just the right amount of spice. The chiles en nogada stole the show with a sweet-savory combo I won’t forget. Ended with churros and chocolate — pure joy.
Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, bold flavors. 🌮🌶️

Amazing great Mexican food, I’ve been looking for an authentic Mexican place in Florida and after a long search this is a very good spot! I recommend you visit the restaurant and try it out

This used to be one of my go-to spots for authentic Mexican food, but unfortunately the experience has been declining over the past year or so. The portions have gotten noticeably smaller, prices have increased quite a bit, and the food just doesn’t taste as fresh or well-prepared as it once did.
During recent visits, items were missing from plates, substitutions were made without explanation, and basic things like drink availability and water refills were overlooked. It feels like the attention to detail and care in service has really slipped.
I’ve always wanted to support this restaurant and keep coming back, but it’s hard to justify it now. I hope the owners take feedback to heart, because this used to be a great place — it still could be again with some care.

Authentic at it’s best! The meal and drink blew me away! I felt at home with the lovely service! Laura, the waitress and the other lady (I apologize I forgot her name) was amazing! Definitely worth the trip up to Dunedin to enjoy a delicious Mexican comfort food!!

Stopped for brunch. Cleaner smell evident immediately. Free chips were room temp and stale. Ordered eggs with sausage. Hubby ordered eggs with chorizo. Both plates came with warm but not hot food. I’m always so reluctant to send anything back. I guess because if food is served less than ideally, my trust is already lost. But my hubby asked to have it heated so I asked for mine to be hot too. Came back warmer a hair but still not hot. Coffee was hot though. So apparently the American idea of sausage doesn’t translate well. My plate had a cut up hotdog mixed in with a little egg. Hubs assured me that Mexicans’ hotdog is what they call sausage. Not how I envisioned brunch on New Year’s Day. We’d eaten here some years before and I don’t remember these issues. Service was friendly enough. If facing starvation, I guess I’d eat it. But today we got a take out box and gave both our meals to the dogs. Literally. They loved it. I’m always reluctant to do a review when I’m just flat disappointed. But here it is. And if use a credit card to pay here, there is a non-negotiable fee added to your bill. Not huge, but might be nice to know up front. Environment friendly and colorful, but the strong smell of cleaner really puts a damper on things. Maybe had 3-4 tables of guests while we were there so it’s not like I can write it off to being slammed.
