I ordered the calamari which was $11. I barely got any maybe 5 solid pieces and the rest is just crumbs. I kind of don’t want to go back since my dollars aren’t worth anything. My pizza (18inch) was very cold and I picked it up at the time it estimated it to get ready. Also got the Nutella pizza barely any Nutella on it and it was barely cut through we had to slice it ourselves . This is ridiculous

First, I thought the service was bad. The waitress stood at one end of our six seat table trying to take orders. Too lazy or polite to walk to the other side. We ordered one large and one small pizza, five sodas and a water, along with a salad. That was $100 - outrageous!
We received one pizza about ten minutes before the salad, and about 20 minutes before the other pizza.
As far as taste - not horrible, but not near the premium price we paid.
Finally, after getting home, found they had charged for a sixth drink.
When I called to alert them of the above issues, they were polite but ignored everything issue I had except crediting me for the overcharged drunk.
No comments on the lack of good customer service or time between receiving our orders, and they tacked on 18% gratuity for the poor service we received.
I understand their “policy” may be for six diners, but we only ordered three meals, and one diner is three.
My first and last visit to this establishment.

I don't know how many people know this lady, but if you ever go to 900 degrees New York pizza, ask for a server names Cynthia Andujar. She has been serving me and my son pizza since he was a baby....it has been years and she hasn't changed. So friendly and it almost feels as if she's been friends with you forever. She remembers all her customers and treats them wonderfully. Not to mention the fact that the pizza here is the best. She used to be a Wiregrass now she is at the Grove! I love when the employees make customers feel like they are "part of the family" and Cynthia does that all the time. Whoever owns 900 degrees pizza...I hope you're paying her well. It's hard to find awesome people like her!

Seven of us met for lunch and we had the garlic knots and mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. Both were good. For entrees we had pizza, wings, calzone, a meatball sub, and pasta. All were great tasting and the service was good as well.
