I just want to say that I was helped by a young man named Prince, who took my order and took care of everything for me. He had a great attitude and was very polite and personable. Thank you for a great experience, and dont change, because your attitude towards customers and customer service is excellent.

Was at Arby’s on state road 54. Very under staffed. The employee on the register was running back and forth doing the fries and stuff and not being able to wash her hands in between. One of the girls in the back that had her hair in a ponytail but was flipping it around as she was making sandwiches.There was two other customers in line besides me it was ten minutes in between each of before our orders were taken. Customers in the lobby was waiting for their food as well. This store needs more employees in the store to serve the customers!

Visited there tonight and was told “I’ll be right with you” … well after 5 minutes I politely beep my horn and was told “ I told you I will be right with you. I in turn asked how much longer and he said I told you to hold on. Totally unexceptable!! And a horrible way to greet customers. There was no reason for this as there was no one in the store or waiting in line in front of me. Train your employees in some manners and customer service.

Use to go here a lot, but I've noticed since the General manager changed everything has been different. The people here don't care.
For instance tonight I had 4 Buffalo sliders. 2 I requested to be in a bowl. They weren't. The two roast beef sliders were flat. Ok that's fine. The curly fries were cold. And my mother ordered a Greek gyro with extra onion. She got the gyro but it was missing tomato and onion. This place has really gone down hill. I won't be back to this location. They play with your food, and didn't even give me a recite. The manager on shift though was very nice when giving us our food.

Had wait like 5 minutes to order food through drive-thru. He said too many orders so you have to wait to order, like the lady waited before good while also.When I finally order food , he didn't get it correct. Then the manger one took my order. His Attitude towards it like this what you order. I heard you, i said, you didnt hear me correcly. So he didn't want fix it at all. So I said take it off my bill if you don't want correct it. So He refused and he just refunding for the whole thing, and tell me give his food back. They were laughing. Ask for manger ,he said he was a manger. What kind of manger you have in there thinks he can do that. You going to lose business with this manger. He didn't want give his name at all. Tonight July 18 2024 around 7 o'clock on state road 54.
My husband went up there found out that there was no manger on duty. Actually the guy Mario is shift leader. He didn't refund me on my order but took my food back. He was in the back cleaning instead helping out with front. Even the cashier Apologize for the those guys for what they did to me, he knew it wasn't right. Only cashier guy knows what he's doing and had help make food and everything because no one else knows what they doing. People waiting over 10 minutes for food Ridiculous. Alot people aren't happy. You guys need better mangerment. I'm not the only is pissed.
