Julian was amazing! He has provided the best fast food service my husband and I have ever had in our entire life each time we have come here. We can tell that he keeps things going and intact around this place. He deserves a raise, a bonus, a promotion, and so much more!

I've been to this Arby's location a bunch of times and there's really nothing derogatory to say about it. I get the classic roast beef and they actually fill that sandwich up, which is a huge plus considering other Arby's locations I've visited. The couple people on staff that I've seen are very pleasant to deal with. The only thing I can really think of that might turn people off, is they can take a little while if there's a line. I've only seen a line there once or twice though; it's usually pretty dead.

This is the best Arby's location ever! We arrived shortly before our order was supposed to be ready, were pulled forward & had our food within 3 minutes. The food is always hot, fresh & the employees are so kind. This was our 3rd visit and we will be stopping by again soon for more mozzarella sticks and sandwiches. Thank you!

I love Arbys crinkle cut fries. They are my favorite fries on the planet. I order my fries without salt and ask for ketchup packets. My fries are always hot and fresh right out of the deep fryer. On occasion I treat myself to one of their signature lemonades which are always delicious and thirst quenching.

Walked in and was greeted by silence…took a couple of minutes for an employee to come from the back and acknowledge me. I had placed an online order but nothing was ready they said they were working on it but clearly they weren’t since nobody was even around to acknowledge me when I walked in. I waited over 15 minutes in an empty lobby and never seen a single car come through drive thru. Nothing should take 15 minutes at Arby’s especially when it’s an online order and I was the only customer in sight. Get home realized I ordered a medium drink and they gave me a small. My fries were warm but my son’s fries in the kids meal were ice cold. You can clearly taste that his were much older than mine. If I’m waiting 15 minutes past my pick up time everything in my bags should be fresh.
Should have listened to the one star review from yesterday. Customer service is seriously lacking.
