I've been here several times and thoroughly enjoy each visit. The service from everyone and food overall have been great and efficient. The biggest reason for my review is the customer service from Alexis. She's been so friendly and accommodating to us. We greatly appreciate her!

It was a time of surprises. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap came out as a sandwhich, which was a surprise. There was also a random blueberry hanging out on the plate. Which made us wonder if there was a surprise seen blueberry, what other unseen surprises were lurking on the food? Little surprises weren't a big deal, just kind of annoying: My soda was mostly ice and only refilled once. We asked for ranch and never got it. They said they were out of mayo. The booth seats were oddly angled and forced you to sit in an uncomfortable, weird way. One of the waiters stood at our table watching the game on the TV over our booth and then yelled at the play. I guess that was more of a "startle" than a "surprise"...

Love their fish or shrimp and chip combos my husband ordered our food and brought it home and boy to my surprise they had everything that you could want tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and ketchup,lemons, even malt vinegar, was very yummy and they're coleslaw also, I recommend looking at their weekly specials well worth the money. They're homemade batter that they use on the fish is amazing and so is the tartar sauce.

Saturday night wasn't busy but the service was incredibly slow. Food was fine and the restaurant was clean.

Beef O' Brady's is an American chain of sports oriented bar and grills.
We have visited this location three times. Each time has been met with disappointment. Service is generally horrible and the manager seems incompetent.
On our first visit, they overcharged me and I didn't notice it until they already ran my credit card. The managers solution wasn't a refund, instead he gave me a gift card for my next visit. You should get a refund for being overcharged.
On our second visit (to use up the gift card), our waitress just disappeared. Literally, she quit serving us to work on a large party and had no one cover our table. Again, the manager failed to recognize the issue. Just terrible service.
On our final visit yesterday, we actually had a new waitress that was good. However, they advertise Burgers Across America, but that no longer have them. When I asked if they could simply make the burger, to which he said yes, but he told me he would have to charge me an obsorbant price because it would be ala carte.
Not again!
