I had a really great experience at Brass Tap in Lutz and wanted to leave a review because the service and food absolutely stood out.
From the moment I sat down, my bartender Lexi M made the entire experience exceptional. She was welcoming, attentive, personable, and genuinely made me feel taken care of the whole time. It’s not often you come across someone who can balance being professional, efficient, and friendly so naturally, but Lexi did exactly that. She stayed on top of everything without ever making it feel rushed, and her energy really added to the atmosphere.
As for the food, I ordered the burger and tacos, and both were honestly excellent. The burger was cooked well, juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re looking for something satisfying and well put together. You can tell care goes into the food here because it didn’t feel like typical bar food — it was fresh, well-prepared, and actually memorable. The tacos were also a standout. They were packed with flavor, balanced really well, and had that perfect combination of texture and seasoning that makes you want to order them again the next time you come in.
What really made the visit stand out though was the overall combination of great food, strong service, and a fun atmosphere. Brass Tap has that perfect balance where it feels casual and comfortable, but still polished enough to make it a place you actually want to come back to regularly. Whether you’re stopping in for drinks, dinner, or to catch up with friends, it’s the kind of place that can easily become a go-to spot.
A big thank you again to Lexi M. for making the visit such a positive one. Great bartenders can completely shape an experience, and she definitely did. I’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend Brass Tap Lutz to anyone looking for good food, good drinks, and outstanding service.

This place knows how to make bar food taste great. Had the fried pickles, chicken wings, and the chicken tacos. The boom boom sauce for the wings was okay it just needs a little kick to it and for the tacos the tortilla should be grilled a little bit so the taco doesn't fall apart when you pick it up. Service was great would come back again.

Absolutely love it here! I recently moved out of Florida but since moving I’ve visited back to the area twice now and the first time we came we had Peyton as our amazing server! She recommended the Caesar side salad, wings and nachos. So that’s exactly what I got! I couldn’t say enough good words on how all 3 of those were so tasteful and well prepared! Bar food is my boyfriend’s favorite and this atmosphere nailed it! And yes we came back to this exact spot our second visit and asked for Peyton again we got so lucky that she happened to be working on our second trip to Florida and Brass Taps!
Guess what we got! Wings (specifically the mild/hot!!! 10/10) and the nachos we got pork the first time and chicken the second (Peyton’s favorite was the chicken so we listened and now it’s our favorite)
If we see ourselves in the near future visiting back to Florida we Forsure will be back a third time and with high hopes Peyton will be our server!!!!!
Won’t regret visiting here and if you do ask for Peyton!!!!!!!!
I never drink but it was a celebration night so Peyton recommended the peanut butter and jelly sour!! I don’t know the exact name but if you go and they have it, it’s a must!

Had dinner here on the fourth (one can only have so many hot dogs in a day) and had Kelsey as our server. Brass Tap is always a good choice, for the whole family, but Kelsey took the experience to the next level. She was attentive, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted while we were there. Every time we have her as our server/bartender she makes the best drinks and is incredibly kind & personable. I look forward to the next time my family insists on going to BT for dinner!
