The poor waitress is the only reason for two stars. She had 8 tables by herself basically as the woman with her didn't provide efficient help at all. We had all silverware dirty out of the napkin, the food was not great as we frequent other locations often. My cuban had nonexistant pork on it. I sincerely mean that. I also when looking pulled out a green hard piece of plastic from my food. My husband ask for wings extra extra crispy and unfortunately they we not. Just standard fry. Everything was not great from the utensils, food to management ensuring the staff had sufficient help. Mentioning all these issues to the overwhelmed waitress just felt even more wrong. This is not a location ill return to. Also one of the sandwiches had color on it. Like what is that?!

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Dani, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. Dani was incredibly attentive keeping the drinks flowing and food on point! Her super friendly demeanor made the experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are comfortable and satisfied. I would highly recommend seeking Dani out if you want an exceptional customer service experience!

The bartender Dani is the best!! I have had many bartenders make a Long Island Iced Tea and she tops them all!! She remembers all my food allergies and recommends choices I can eat. She is always right and I am happy I listened to her suggestions for a full meal instead of just getting fries! She is definitely an asset to Beef’s and the reason we always come back!!

How is this $15? This is advertised in menu as a Bowl. Some time ago, as I recall, the size was bigger than this. I will not order this anymore, even though it’s still good. Just not worth $15 for this size. Is there a difference of sizes for eat-in and take-out?

AGAIN, This Beef’s disappoints. I guess because it’s a ToGo order. I asked for hot wings wet. With extra sauce. What I got was 30 hard dried up wings. Literally, hardly any sauce at all. Never going back.
