Super friendly service and comfortable atmosphere with good sushi and soup. I crave Tom Yum soup and can't say no to sushi :)
I enjoyed some Thai beer with the above and a spicy tuna roll (rice could use a touch more vinegar).

We enjoyed an excellent meal here! Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was also great. I had the papaya salad as an appetizer. I never had green papaya before. Will definitely be going back to try more of what’s on the extensive menu. 👍.

I have been to this restaurant twice within the same day of my first visit. I was very impressed by the level of customer service because I definitely did not feel like a number. The first time I went there was with my mother, stepfather and sister. I wish we were there to celebrate the life of somebody very special to us. It turned out that our server had been the server for our late friend and his family several different times. We passed on the news of his passing and our server was very noticeably touched, and think this very much for letting her know. The atmosphere of this restaurant when you walk in is like going into a different era if you will. I felt like I was on an episode of Doctor Who because I was just surprised of the atmosphere and the decor, and most importantly the prices! This place is very affordable and you get very decent portions for the price of the food. I felt like we were eating at a place that inflation barely affected. I can tell you this much when I was looking at the menu on some of the different things for less than 10 bucks you can get your drink and either an appetizer or a small meal and get filled or at the very least satisfy that hunger itch. I would encourage everybody who likes Oriental food, and Sushi to check this place out in the city of Dunedin Florida.

From the moment we walked in, Blue Sake promised a culinary adventure, and it delivered just that! We kicked off our lunch with a duo of appetizers that set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The chicken satay was a revelation, marinated in a vibrant yellow curry that was both flavorful and moist, creating a perfect harmony with the unique red onion sweet water.
Next, the fresh rolls wrapped in delicate rice paper were not only a visual treat but also incredibly filling. They were the perfect prelude to the main event. The cold, flavored sake selection was a journey of its own – the plum was a sweet whisper of fruitiness, while the coconut with lemongrass was a bold statement of tropical zest, both equally tasty.
The green curry for lunch was a masterful blend of heat and sweet, striking a delightful balance with its medium spice level and the subtle sweetness of basil. As for my main course, the grilled chicken with lemongrass was a standout, perfectly portioned and accompanied by a medley of steamed veggies and a comforting side of rice.
Overall, our first experience was nothing short of wonderful. It's a place where flavors are celebrated, and satisfaction is guaranteed. We left with our taste buds dancing and a promise to ourselves – we will be back!
