Clean. Nice atmosphere. Love the different height tables. The tallest ones have coat hooks for bags under to tops. Love the flame broiled. juicy burgers! And for their 70th anniversary I rec'd a slice of pie during the first week of June 2024. Nathaniel was especially helpful.

Today, we decided to eat at Burger King located at: 3911 Van Dyke Road, Lutz, FL 33558 Store #10676.
This location requires a mask to be worn within the facility. First impression was the cleanliness and being greeted right away from the shift manager. He was patient and we had a great conversation during the ordering process.
The flow of the operations felt very fluent. The manager was calling out orders with the crew confirming, while providing statuses. This steady stream of communication continued during my wait, as we ordered as a 'take out'.
My biggest reason for a 3-star rating is the appearance of the food (see bullets and images below), rather than the performance (or lacking thereof) of the crew / staff.
1. One sandwich could have sparred some mayonnaise.
2. The other sandwich had cooked burnt lettuce and it ruined the sandwich for me. Not sure why the lettuce is destroyed. Might as well not even put any on there.
Recommendations I'd like to see on my next visit.
R1: A proportionate amount of condiments on the sandwich.
R2: Lettuce in it's normal and fresh crunchy structure.

It's hard to be good in the fast food industry. I've been through the drive-thru twice in a span of one week. The onion rings were absolute mush. I had to turn my brain off and just swallow. I got the bacon melt both times. The sourdough was limp and lifeless. Good sourdough should have body to it and should have been toasted. Not at this location. Flame grilled peppers and onions? Not hardly. Try they poured it out of a bag, into a stainless steel pan and placed it on heat until it's scooped out and smeared across 2 incredibly flacid pieces of bacon. All in all, this location is gross.

The food is usually good but sometimes things don't get made correctly and it's happened a few times so check your food. When the orders are correct and fresh, it's better than the other fast food places, but that doesn't always happen.
