Hair in the food long as can be. Took a bite and it kept coming out. It stretched further than I’d like to explain. Awful. Good service but horrible food! Threw up!

I ordered 3 meals on DoorDash, all of them were made incorrectly. Burgers had ingredients either missing or added on that I removed. There were fries given on orders I selected onion rings for etc…the fries were cold and taste like burnt oil. On top of it, I was given like 30 straws in my bag? Make it make sense…

As with many of their other locations and competitors. Service is just slow. Not enough staff. No working with a purpose, not saying service was bad or not polite..
When ordering via the app I have expectations that my order is placed and should be qued once I placed it and paid for it on line. By the time I get there my order should be made ready for delivery.

This location is clean and easy to access in the Publix parking lot. Food is what you expect from BK. The cashier was not very attentive. She asked for my order and I said "Wopper with cheese value meal, large size please." She then asked me "do you want to make it a combo"? I politely respond "yes please". Then she hit me with "would you like it medium or large?" All that was answered in my initial order. My daughter ordered a Wopper without cheese. Both Woppers came with cheese. If they would pay attention to what was ordered service would have been a 5* also. Everyone was pleasant but to distracted talking amongst themselves vs providing top notch services to their guests.

I’ve been to this location several times and every time I’m unable to use any coupons/offers and the last couple times they don’t even allow me to use the app to order. They stated that it’s a different company and they have nothing to do with the app.last time I checked it was a Burger King and I was using the Burger King app so make that make sense……
This last visit I bought the how to train your dragon meal and it didn’t come with the spicy mozzarella sticks or the strawberry lemonade. When I asked about it the guy said that meal is only on the app (even though there’s a whole screen on the menu displaying it).. seems to me this location refuses to give any sort of deal and only wants to sell core menu items. It’s very frustrating because this is the only location near my parents house and they often want to go but I loose out on acquiring points or using any offers or redeeming rewards.
