Girl at drive thru rushed me with my order and such a bad attitude. Proceded to say it's because management tell them to hurry up. And they messed my order up.

Today, we decided to eat at Burger King located at: 3911 Van Dyke Road, Lutz, FL 33558 Store #10676.
This location requires a mask to be worn within the facility. First impression was the cleanliness and being greeted right away from the shift manager. He was patient and we had a great conversation during the ordering process.
The flow of the operations felt very fluent. The manager was calling out orders with the crew confirming, while providing statuses. This steady stream of communication continued during my wait, as we ordered as a 'take out'.
My biggest reason for a 3-star rating is the appearance of the food (see bullets and images below), rather than the performance (or lacking thereof) of the crew / staff.
1. One sandwich could have sparred some mayonnaise.
2. The other sandwich had cooked burnt lettuce and it ruined the sandwich for me. Not sure why the lettuce is destroyed. Might as well not even put any on there.
Recommendations I'd like to see on my next visit.
R1: A proportionate amount of condiments on the sandwich.
R2: Lettuce in it's normal and fresh crunchy structure.

Use the app and you'll get your item exactly how you like it. I have found that the app is much more successful in getting my special orders correct versus telling them over the intercom on the drive-thru.

Clean. Nice atmosphere. Love the different height tables. The tallest ones have coat hooks for bags under to tops. Love the flame broiled. juicy burgers! And for their 70th anniversary I rec'd a slice of pie during the first week of June 2024. Nathaniel was especially helpful.

I spent $50 on an Uber eats order from this location. I was halfway through one of my chicken sandwiches and a hair was hanging from my mouth mixed in the sandwich. My first thought was to vomit, but instead I spit it out in my trash can so that I didn't have to look at it again. I reported it to Burger King and Uber eats and because I did not take a picture of this disgusting hair in my food they refuse to give a refund for one sandwich out of a $50 order. Why would I pick just one sandwich to complain about on a $50 order? All I wanted was a refund for that one sandwich that almost made me vomit. I will never again use Uber eats or order from that Burger King again. The customer service is atrocious with the Uber app. TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH UBER EATS OR TO LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THAT COMPANY IS IMPOSSIBLE IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE RESPOND.
