Went there ordered 2 large meals. Didn't come with fries( simple mistake) but it looks like they made the burger so bad that the mustard was causing the wrapper to rip. I called the manager 3/4/2025 2:08pm ticket number 60035. And didn't even get a sorry of any sort or bring it back in.( I don't believe he was the manager even tho I asked her one) 0 out of 5 if that was possible. Being a freshly built place I would think the owner would hire competent people to run that location and not produce bad product.

The last few times we’ve got Burger King here all the food has been so cold and we o my live 3 mins away I don’t understand. I hate that we spend 30 dollars on 2 meals and our food is always cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted alittle and fries and onion rings are cold and soggy. I hate spending my hard working money and my food is not hot!!! :(

So we went in there with a simple order: a mango peach lemonade and a chocolate oreo milkshake. After ordering, it took us 10 minutes just to get to the first window. Once we got there, we waited another 5-10 minutes just to realize they got the wrong order: they brought a whole bunch of ice cream cones. Multiple workers had to go give it to the car behind us. After that, we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to actually make the desserts. After all of that, THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME THE RIGHT SHAKE!!! AND THEY PUT IT IN A SMALLER CUP THAN IT USUALLY IS!!! Although all the employees looked younger, there was an entire team of them that could've done a better job preparing for the drive thru. There were 3 cars in the parking lot, meaning there was probably little to no customers seated inside. Burger King staff, please do better.

Food was hot and fresh. The woman at the drive thru was very nice and they were not too busy when I went. But they didn't give me part of my order and unfortunately I didn't notice it until we were too far away and we didn't have time to go back. I was happy overall though with the visit and would return again.

The owner of this Location needs to pay attention to his place. Ordered 89.00 dollars in food, got home and was missing 3 🍟, missing 2 sandwiches 🥪. They added so much salt to our onion rings and 1 🍟 that it was impossible to eat. They added TONS OF SALT on the sandwiches that made it it was disgusting and I'm sure on purpose. Cheese was missing on our CHARGED sandwiches that made it, The sodas were like half water . I called the manager and she had no concern. She did not care and told me I was lying. She had no profecional response, saying things like o0o well. I asked for my missing items and she said they can't do it. I told her I was calling corporate and she just said Go ahead. There was also no mayo on our only whopper that made it. My first job was bk and mayo is THE first ingredient on a whopper. Going to this location was a horrible choice. The location on 19 is now our only other bk choice and they seem to always do things correctly. If they have the same owners then this place needs to fire and hire people who actually care for BK representation and its delicious food. I will be suing this place and I hope they can one day not represent BK with such disgusting management
