Went there ordered 2 large meals. Didn't come with fries( simple mistake) but it looks like they made the burger so bad that the mustard was causing the wrapper to rip. I called the manager 3/4/2025 2:08pm ticket number 60035. And didn't even get a sorry of any sort or bring it back in.( I don't believe he was the manager even tho I asked her one) 0 out of 5 if that was possible. Being a freshly built place I would think the owner would hire competent people to run that location and not produce bad product.

Went to this burger king tonight 3/9/2025 and got 2 classic chicken wraps minus the royal sauce and a $5 duo meal. Drove home 15 mins away and went to eat and opened up my 2 wraps and guess what I see the royal sauce on both. I can't eat the royal sauce as I'm allergic to some of the ingredients in the sauce. I was not driving back as I should not have to. The employees working there should be able to read and get orders correct. So I went hungry tonight. I took pictures of my wraps and receipt to show you they got my order wrong. Also I would like to complain that BK is asking people to stay at the first window until your food is ready once its ready they ask you to pull up to get your food. I would like my money back. I shouldn't have to pay since your employees can't read or care to get customers orders correct. Well they should care because customers like me keep your doors opened. I want my money back.

I get mistakes happen, but the response to the mistake is the worst part of this review.
I visited this Burger King on Saturday, April 12, 2025 around 11:30am. I ordered three kids meals and a spicy chicken sandwich for my husband (WITH NO LETTUCE OR TOMATO - this is on the receipt as well). Well, I come home just to find out that my husband’s sandwich was made wrong and 2 of the 3 kids meals were missing the chicken nuggets. I didn’t make a big deal about the sandwich but I called to ask for a refund on the two kids meals. In comes ALLY/ALLIE (sp?)
She told me she couldn’t give a refund over the phone to which I replied I’m not coming back up there (because why would I go all the way back up to the store for a refund of maybe $8?). I asked for Corporate’s email and she states it’s online. I expressed my frustration with this process and she replies “it was obviously an accident ma’am”. I further expressed my frustration that I now have 2 kids who are only having fries for lunch because of that mistake (for anyone curious, I ended up giving them some of my food so they didn’t go hungry!). She then repeated “it was obviously a mistake” and reiterated that I can come in person for a refund. I told her I will just call corporate and she stated “You do that”. End call.
I called back a second time to get her name and ask for the Corporate number because I couldn’t find anything online. She then explained that it’s a chat through the website. She also told me when I asked that she was the store manager. I expressed to her that I didn’t appreciate how she was so dismissive on the first call and I asked for her manager’s name and how to contact her (Lisa and evidently can only be reached through Corporate as she doesn’t come to the store often?). I stated I would be calling to talk to Lisa and she replies “I literally offered you a replacement AND a refund if you came up here”. I can assure those of you reading this review that that offer was not made to me on the first call or I’d have done it and this review wouldn’t be here right now.
TLDR: Rudest staff that takes zero responsibility when they mess up orders.

Give this crew a raise!!!! They are always nice, food is always fresh. I have never been to a BK or any fast food restaurant in Trinity that has been this well ran except maybe Chic-Fil-A
No matter the time of day everything has been great for fast food.

I had ordered my meal and sat down on Saturday
12-14-2024 @9:47 pm 12 minutes before the dining room closed, Well Halfway during my meal I was eagerly told that I had to take my food and leave. I politely told the manager I would like to finish my meal as a paying customer so he called the cops had me trespassed and tried having me arrested all because I wanted to finish my meal and not eat it outside in the cold weather, I've never been so violated eating at Burger King then now I'm banned from ever eating there again all because they wanted to close their doors at 10:00 and I was in the middle of my meal for the police to accuse me of a crime I didn't know it was a crime for eating a cheeseburger. This manager lacks the leadership skills and has so much more to learn I hope you get fired soon.
