Best Burger King location in the area. Food is fresh and service is fast and friendly. Leaps and bounds better than the one a few miles down the road on Bruce B. Downs.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this exchange has been bugging me since I left the establishment. I frequently visit this location and usually don’t have any issues, but today there was this girl at the second window who definitely should not be put at that position again.
I ordered in the drive through and paid with cash at the first window. All was good, the first girl I interacted with was very sweet. I waited at the first window for a few minutes while the customer in front of me was receiving his food. Once I pulled into the second window, this girl opened the window and said “you got an order??” I was confused because I had just paid at the first window and there were only two cars in line, me and the guy who had just left with his food. I had to then remind her what my order was that I had just placed 5 minutes ago so that she could then go make it.
Once the food was ready, she handed it to me and said absolutely nothing. I’m not expecting her to be totally enthusiastic to serve me my burger, I used to work in food i know the annoyance of it, but she has zero customer service skills and shouldn’t be allowed to interact with paying customers.

They took too long through the drive through . The guy that took the order was the same guy that served my food at the second window. He took too long to give me my food. He used no gloves. He was texting and playing with his cell phone and cables. When i finally got my food I told him that my onion rings were cold, so he threw my onion rings with the fresh ones and he served new with old onion rings. I told him that was wrong, he was supposed to throw the onion rings that I gave him in the trash and serve me new ones. Not put the ones that I gave him with the fresh ones. Other people were going to eat what I already touched. 🤦🏼♀️ I also saw the manager with her gloves on touch everything in the store, playing with her cell phone and rubbing her pants with gloves on. Really… come on

No cell phones allowed when you are serving or touching food, change gloves often etc etc

Everyone there was so nice! Haven’t been to a fast food place with such a kind environment before. The food is obviously good and the service was quick. Good on you Burger King

I need to give a one atar even -1 star. For old lady who she do know about costumer service bad attitude and don't know how to deal with kids you need to go home becouse we don't need your attitude so when the lady go out will get to change the reviews.
