Ordered philly cheese steak with extra cheese, Small fries and large coke. The sandwich was pretty good considering it's a fast joint. The fries I ordered due to how they looked on the signage. These were not those fries. You can definitely taste all the other food in the overabundance of oil that was still in fries. The oil also tasted very old. And the oil was definitely not hot enough when these went in. Outside landscaping and over all appearances leaves little to be desired. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Got charged the wrong amount and had to go out to get a picture of their sign to get the food I ordered. $1 add any size drink, cashier said no regular size $1.99. Then said free refills so it doesn’t matter. Bathroom smelled bad and had a hole in the wall at the sink.

Update:
I contacted corporate. Four different times they asked for my receipt and I obliged four times. Finally, corporate said they contacted Charlie's in Port Richey, Florida and that Charlie's in Port Richey Florida would contact me to resolve my complaint. It's been over 2 months now and no one contacted me. Liar liar pants on fire! One of the many establishments they could care less about disaster victims.
Publix and Scotty's pizzeria in Port Richey, Florida cheesesteaks are 10 times better than Charlie's. So I guess it was a blessing in disguise that liar liar pants on fire didn't respond. I found better places.

The day hurricane Milton left Florida
it was the only place open near me. I didn't have a problem with this place a few months ago. Today they didn't put tomatoes on my Philly. The line was too long to go back to the counter so I accepted that my Philly wasn't a Philly. I'm from Pa so I say a Philly isn't a Philly if it's not done to perfection. I really can't see myself going back there.

Great cheesesteaks and wings! The Bold BBQ wings were fresh and hot and crispy just like I like them! Took a bite out of my husband’s cheesesteak and was surprised how tasty it was!! Tried the ultimate fries and they were fresh and crispy as well! Everything was tasty and the service from the guy today was AMAZING!!! Great location for food!!
